We very much enjoyed our lunch at Maggiano's. The food was delicious and our waiter was excellent. Our main dishes arrived quickly and our waiter followed-up by making some helpful suggestions and refilling our water glasses as needed. We'll be back soon!
Great food, filling. Some thing priced high, but some are reasonable. Best for Italian food but has seafood and steak.
been there several times and the food is always good. service great, they always check in to see if you need anything. knowledge of menu very helpful as well as suggestions
Service was very good. Food was very good. This place is a favorite of mine. Definitely worth the trip.
Not as good as downtown Philly location
My husband and I come here frequently and love maggianos.... hence the reason we keep coming back. This time was an exception. Our server was terrible! Was always talking and walking (rarely addressing the table) or leaning against the wall, my dish came out wrong twice and finally I just ate it. My husband didn’t get his drink till half way through dinner- a coke! Our cheese shaker was empty and we had to re request bread multiple times. A lot of little things made a not so romantic night. Maggianos is typically awesome, but this experience was not what we have come to expect ; (
Food was amazing, made a reservation and was seated quickly, service was outstanding! But loud and busy on the weekends, as expected.
Karen our server on Sunday night was attentive and friendly. She checked on us a few times to make sure everything was fine. The food was great. If it weren't for the inconsiderate waiter taking care of the large party behind us who bumped into me several times without apologizing or the manager who seemed to be more concerned about their service than ours, the night would've been much better.
This restaurant puts way too many tables so very close together. It was like having dinner with strangers. The noise level was through the roof. Not a place to go if you want to interact with others at your table. We were upstairs and waiters were constantly lifting plates over my husband's shoulders in order for them to pass by to others. Will not return.
Glad we had reservations because it was hopping on a Sunday night. Food was very good. The bruschetta tour was wonderful! Had not been there in awhile. I won’t wait so long to go back again
The manager Jake was great and the service by Jim was spot on. I will be back.
The food was great as always the service was fantastic
While the food was good, for the price I would have gone somewhere else. My husbands ribeye not very good and we got dessert to go and we were given the wrong items. Didn’t notice until we got home and it was something neither of us liked, so paid for something we wouldn’t eat. Didn’t cross my mind to check the bag before leaving. Oh well, probably won’t be going back anytime soon.
Delicious meal as usual! Difficult at times to have a conversation due to the high noise level.
We arrived 20 min prior to our 7:45pm reservation and given a pager. We later came to the front waiting area when we were 30 min past our reservation time. Once there, we watched three groups check in for an 8:15 reservation. They were then seated within the next 10 minutes. My husband became agitated and asked the host why we hadn't been seated when our reservation was made for 30 min before theirs and we had been waiting much longer? The host was confused and had to find our reservation again and told us there must have been a glitch.
After another short wait, we were seated in a booth under the stairs. We could hear the thumping each time someone went up or down the steps. The table next to us was delivering a medical presentation to his table VERY loudly not to mention unprofessionally at times, cursing everything in the book - we couldn't even conversate because we couldn't hear each other our entire dinner. Once our salads arrived, my husband had to wait another ten minutes to eat it, for the waiter had picked up his silverware when he cleared the extra place setting.
When the entrees came, my pasta had a meat sauce rather than the marinara I had ordered, but I just ate it because we had such a long wait as it was, and we were eager to remove ourselves from the presentation next to us. We definitely didn't want to listen to that after getting done a long work week!
We were trying to have a nice evening out, but it was an aggravating experience with the front of house service, the seating under the stairs, and the god awful presentation next to us disrupting our entire meal.
The food was delicious, but the service left a lot to be desired.
Always awesome and delicious
Recommend family style cant go wrong
Good food, great ambiance, wonderful service. Definitely a restaurant where you can have a great evening.
Very good food.
We were seated next to a very loud large party. There was also a screaming child a few tables away. There was also onion in the Chicken Marsala which was not listed in the menu description. Overall disappointment.
The waitstaff was very attentive and the food/drinks that we ordered came out at the perfect time. We never felt like we were neglected or waiting to long for something. Everything was perfect!
Absolutely great first experience our waitress was wonderful.
Great Valentines dinner experience!
Perfect as usual! Food was superb and customer service was fantastic. Everything is amazing but there bruschetta is to die for!
Still one of my favorite restaurants in the whole world. Great value, food and service.
We always enjoy eating at Maggiano's! Our server Sam was very good and as usual the food was fantadtic!
Good food and service. But they forgot our to go dessert, my fault for not checking
It was our 13 year anniversary and I wanted to try somewhere new. I was told to come here and make sure we try a certain dish. We had our two kids with us as well, so we needed somewhere that would be kid friendly. It was a very nice choice. My youngest was thrilled with his giant meatball in his spaghetti. The manager brought us an appetizer to try for coming. They brought us lemon cookies on a plate with a strawberry holding a candle and in chocolate written "congratulations" as the violinist played us a song. The food we were told to try was amazing, and the waitress was one of the best I ever had.
I would tell anyone to dine here.
Amazing service, food & atmosphere
They were pretty good. Food was abit salty and the price on some of the food reflected the location of the restaurant not the quality. The atmosphere was amazing and the waitress and hosts were completely professional and polite.
We got off to a poor start as it took almost ten minutes for a server to make an initial approach on this very busy night. We did, however, promptly receive water and bread from another employee. The care and graciousness of server Sam made my irritation with the wait quickly dissipate. She was superb: kind, welcoming, attentive, and delightful. Our food was outstanding: the fresh warm bread, chicken with rigatoni, chicken saltimbocca and spaghetti aglio olio. I wish I had Maggiano's near my home in southwestern Pennsylvania. It is always a treat to dine there when I am in an area in which the restaurant operates. We are returning this week and have asked that Sam serve us!
