   Awful unseasoned flavorless food. Took 10 minutes to be noticed and served water. Took 20 minutes to get coffee. Terrible service.

   Beautiful decor and ambiance. We had the chicken piccata. The chicken was tender; but unfortunately, it had little taste, too much lemon and soaked in the sauce. I think I saw one caper on the plate. Drinks were good, though a bit pricey. The menu is a little limited, e.g., no fish offering. More along comfort food. The crusted pork chop seems to be popular; but I would need an angioplasty if I ate it. LOL. Beware: they charge a 4% "hospitality fee", which I did not see disclosed on the menu. Restaurants need to stop with these added fees. With taxes, it's close to a 12% increase.

   Food was good and atmosphere was vibrant, the service team fell a little short & we had to flag them down a couple times throughout the night

   We’ve eaten dinner, and had a wonderful experience and meal. Decided to try brunch. So cocktails, service great. Atmosphere was freezing, and loud so not fun. Food was a hit or miss, more miss then hit. Bummed since we drove from Fallbrook for a family birthday brunch..

   I’ve been to Madison multiple times and it never disappoints! The service and atmosphere is always amazing. This month they had a vodka pasta special and it great! I wish it was a full time menu item. Highly recommend

   Shares of skirt steak was great, ahi tartare was little more tomato than ahi, but very nice - both small. We had cioppino, ravioli and ossobuco, all very nice. Got in on time, waiter was attentive and seating was comfortable. They also made it special for our birthday guy with sparkler dessert. It's very a pretty place, so wanted to sit inside, but might recommend outside, if you want a conversation as it was really loud inside. Will be back - but on the outside.

   The food was genuinely good, and the ambiance was the best part of the night. The live music gave the place an energetic, upbeat vibe that made it feel special and fun. Unfortunately, the service really brought the experience down. We were seated in the bar area, and while our server did check in on us and asked us how everything was, the overall interaction felt rushed and impersonal. It seemed like she was bothered to have to come out from behind the bar to serve our section, and we felt more like a burden than valued guests. We understand it was a busy night, and she likely had a lot to manage—but when you’re spending a few hundred dollars on wine, dinner, dessert, and drinks, the least you expect is to feel welcome. Instead, we felt like we were being pushed out the door. Between the great atmosphere and the disappointing service, it was a mixed experience—and sadly, not one we’ll be returning for.

   I gotta say, the service has gone wayyyyyyyyyy downhill. We ordered drinks right away and server was very eager to take our food order too but we just sat down. Drinks came out and the. Server didn’t return forever……. We finished our first cocktails and I had to get up and flag a server down. I have having to feel like I am being obnoxious but it felt like we had been forgotten about. Server was also new to the USA and while yay, welcome to our country, he really struggled to communicate well and understand us. The music entertainment vibe was also off. This used to feel like a cool spot but I feel like the vibes are very off now between the strange service and music. Food and drinks no complaints. Just weird vibes…. Like the new staff has been trafficked in or something.

    The food we had for brunch was good. I had the Mediterranean plate which was a nicely, dress salad, hummus, pita, and poached eggs. Not too much that can go wrong there. After we put in our order, the roof opened generating a wind tunnel through the restaurant that immediately sent paper menus flying, and caused us and other diners to look around in confusion. When none of the staff seemed concerned with the frigid conditions, we asked that the roof be closed to prevent the strong wind from blowing. We were told that the manager or the owner (we heard different stories from different servers) refused to allow them to close the roof and did not care if diners were too cold. They kindly showed us to another table that was in a less windy part of the restaurant, but it was still much too cold for me. We finally found a somewhat warmer spot outside in the sun. WTF? The whole thing was so ridiculous. I don’t know what more to say.
