   We were seated promptly and the gentleman, Mario who was bussing tables noticed we weren’t super happy with the table being so close to the service door. He politely offered for us to sit by the window and enjoy the view. Austin, our server was prompt and recognized we were there on behalf of our 14th wedding anniversary. While our server got our drinks, Mario was even checking on us and asked if would like some fresh bread for table. It was superb. Austin was gracious and did an excellent job making sure our meals were wonderful from start to finish. To top it off they honored our anniversary occasion with a delightful slice of key lime pie on the house. Service, food, quality, and price point all lined up. This team did a great job and earned my business for future dining experiences to come!

   Mac's has been our date night go to for years. From the moment you walk in, Nakia meets you with such warmth and grace -she is the best. Every time we go I get to see her and we hugs, she has become a friend. Once you sit down the staff is immediately there to get drink order and appetizers. The martinis are perfect and icy cold. The steaks are the real stars of the show. Amazing and just perfectly cooked. If you want great hospitable service and the most delicious food, this is your place.

   Everything was absolutely wonderful!! We love the salad and bread and our meals were delicious!

   Eggs Benedict is not easy to fix and keep warm. That was the problem today, the first egg was medium hot, by the time I got to the second egg, it and the hollandaise was cold. Another thing, maybe I am too picky here, but the rind on the Canadian bacon was very tough, making it more difficult to eat quickly. I have eaten at this restaurant many times for lunch and dinner but a first time for brunch. I will be back but for dinners.

   Food was very good and I couldn’t believe the value - especially for the children’s meal! $5 including drinks and dessert! Patio outside is also very nice. Overall the restaurant is spacious and not too loud - clean bathrooms as well. Definitely will be back next time we are in grapevine.

    Normally, very good dining experience. Tonight, not so much. Disappointed tonight, but we will be back.
