We grazed on a fabulous brunch with an incredibly attentive waitress . A wonderful experience with grits , pancakes, pecan bacon, omelettes, fresh fruit, beignets, watermelon juice . All yummy !!

Our Server Luna was great and she had wonderful recommendations. We had a nice evening and enjoyed it very much. Would definitely consider going back. The live piano player was also a wonderful addition to the ambience of the restaurant. My beef braised short rib was delicious and my daughter's bbq shrimp and grits was pretty good. It was the velvet cheesecake for dessert that stole the show for us both, the touch of edible flowers was delightful.

I had two meals at M Bistro. Service as expected was great because that is the Ritz Carlton way. Breakfast omelette was great. Dinner didn’t cut it! Salad was overdressed! And scallops and risotto were meh at best. The restaurant is a tad dark and when there is a band in the neighboring bar area it’s quite loud.

It's not that easy to find - 3rd floor of the Ritz-Carlton NOLA. But well worth it. Excellent service, delicious food, nice music playing in the bar area.

Added chicken to the Tuscan pasta and the Ceasar salad - all the chicken ended up on the salad, they took it back to the kitchen to just separate it from the salad and replace it on top of the pasta - chicken was grilled.. but cold? Ordered a blacked fish main dish and battered fish tacos came out. When asked about it, they (two different servers) put words in my mouth saying I ordered it, when my entire table heard me say blackened fish. I even pointed it out on the menu. Server didn't offer to replace or remake, even after I said I wouldn't eat the tacos. Fish tacos were also cold, and the fish was fried. I don't understand. Only afterwards when asked to review the menu again and pointed at what I had requested and then was the only time the attitude changed. They ultimately said they removed the fish tacos off the bill, I didn't ask for that, just not worth the hassle, but nice gesture. I'm surprised for a Ritz property to react the way that they did. The manager bever t I ucher the table. Mistakes happen, the restaurant wasn't busy. Weird that the proteins weren't hot or were barely warm. Only two other tables in the whole restaurant. The employees were just staring anyway. An awful experience for such a nice property.

Easter brunch with out of town family. Was disappointing there wasn’t any chocolate bunnies, ice sculptures as I had seen in the past. Wish they had the seafood cold bar instead of the replacement platter.

The waiter said it would only cost us $ 120 per person but in the end with all details we ended up paying $ 345 for a simple brunch (for 2). Nothing was outstanding to justify this amount we believe.

M Bistro just ok, a bit disappointing for a Ritz Carlton restaurant. Waitress was friendly, but obviously new, as the wine glasses remained on the table despite us all ordering cocktails. Salads were incredible, but entrees so so, and should have been stepped up a bit to compete with some of the world's best restaurants which surround the area!

This MBistro is located in the Ritz Carlton. This is a beautiful upscale hotel. The restaurant setting was absolutely gorgeous and well maintained. The restaurant staff was warm and welcoming. Formal wear is not required but the beautiful setting calls for it. There was mixture of attendees. Great for families and adults. There is a dance floor for those who wish to displace their moves. The charcuterie board and alligator tostados were delicious. The M Bistro pasta entree was amazing with the seafood cooked to perfection. The pineapple upside down brûlée was delectable. This was a perfect last night in New Orleans.

The jazz combo was delightful, the food was good and a good value, but the service was lacking. Our waitress was very nice but was overwhelmed with the number of tables to be served. The kitchen was slow. Although it is difficult for many establishments to staff sufficiently, I was surprised to see this at a Ritz Carlton property.

Arrived on time setting up for later dinner. So asked to sit in bar area. Ok but not very special for Valentines Day brunch. Service good food was steak and fish. We found both to be average not special. And the cost was high because of the name RItz Carlton.

Seafood course was excellent. Salad was good. Prime rib was over cooked and gumbo was way over-salted. Prime rib was way over cooked. Desert was excellent. Service was excellent. However for the price paid I expected much much better quality. I would not recommend this restaurant.

We went to M Bistro for the holiday ginger bread house making. The ginger bread house making was a great, as usual, but the service was lacking this year. I’ve been before and the service was awesome but on Saturday the food and drink took forever. It just wasn’t the experience you expect from the Ritz Carlton.

Food was good and ambience was excellent although a little loud. The lower review is based on the service, which was very disjointed. They did alter the bill to offset the poor service, but it put a damper on the evening overall.
