Outdid my expectations! Was delicious and the service was wonderful!
Had a lovely dinner- thank you for the incredible food
Hard to believe, but it was our first time dining at Lucca. It certainly won't be our last! We were very impressed with not only the delicious food, but the welcoming, knowledgeable & friendly staff. A few of us took advantage of the Restaurant Week specials and others dined a la carte. We all found our meals to be outstanding. Thank you.
Good atmosphere and service. Fish was overcooked.
One of my absolute favourite restaurants in Boston, Lucca came through again last night. Our meals were flavourful and full of delicious and interesting flavour combinations. Their wine selection is great, not too large to get lost but varied enough to have many options. Our server was also spectacular; she did a great job and her bubbly personality added to the dining experience.
Lucca even gave us a complimentary dessert, as it was our anniversary. By no means a requirement, but we both really appreciated the touch. The dessert itself was delicious as well.
All-in-all a great spot in the North End for some delicious food. If you’re interested in Italian food that doesn’t rely on red sauce, check out Lucca.
Decent food, great wine list and service, but I generally found it to be overpriced. Menu options were also limited.
Lucca North End is the best restaurant in Boston. Outstanding food and exceptional service.
My boyfriend and I had a wonderful experience going to Lucca for the first time to celebrate his birthday. The service was wonderful, not too pushy but very attentive. Our waiter was even able to accommodate our preferences by allowing us to create a half and half pasta dish. The food was incredible. We would highly recommend the short rib gnocchi on the appetizer list! Great experience!
Perfect atmosphere and food was fantastic! I will be back for sure...
Incredibly hospitable team, I felt welcome and well cared for the entire visit. Food was delicious. I would highly recommend Lucca to anyone, including families with young kids.
The people that greeted us were amazing! We had 3 children and they quickly helped us with our stroller, had high chair ready & crayons for the children. The kids menu was great and our meal was great as well. Will definitely return!
Service....Attention to Detail....Friendly, Helpful, Engaging...Fantastic
Osso Bucco was pretty m uch the best I ever had and the Saffron Risotto, was right on!
Lucca is always a great experience. Class act! Treated amazing, happy staff, food that is just outstanding. We will definitely be back again and again.
This was our first time here. We had read many good reviews. We were very surprised. There were a number of issues with dinner. Their signature burrata appetizer came with store bought crostini. The tiramisu was bad and lacked many ingredients including espresso. Overall a very disappointing meal for people who love Italian food.
A great dinner experience and quality service!
Staff was nice and made good presentation of appetizers. My dinner was delicious my wife’s unfortunately was not that great. The vegetables were undercooked. The lobster bisque was delicious and the wine list was amazing.
My girlfriend and I visited Lucca for Valentine's day. It was a grand experience and I hope to go again!
Valentines Day prefixed menu was great.
Excellent and attentive servers, delicious food and drink, and cozy ambiance. I've been to wildly expensive steak houses that did not have service or food as good as Lucca. They also have a late night menu, which is hard to find in Boston. I highly recommend this restaurant.
Always a great experience! BEST FOOD,SERVICE AND AMBINANCE!
Favorite place in the North End!
Staff were great and called me right away when I forgot my card.
Everything was DELICIOUS, service was excellent and the ambiance was totally on point. The mussels are to die for.
Food was very good, hot and full of flavor. We dined on a Tuesday night, restaurant was barely if at half capacity and service was rather slow. The pricing was high, but the amount of food given was plentiful.
Fun family dinner - fabulous food and service - have family member with multiple food allergies and our waiter was so helpful - went over everything on menu and even offered to make special dishes - we will be back next time in Boston!
Superb. The best wild boar in the city
Great experience ! Food was amazing , drinks were so good . Everything was cooked so perfect ! We will be going back
Way overpriced for the quality of the food
Great food and service
Great dining, the lobster brisket soup was excellent. The wine was very good. The meals were very tasty. The rigatoni was very filling, not ideal if you are looking for something lighter. Service was great but at times needed a little more time on our own. Overall very pleased.
The food and service were outstanding. The wine pour was very skimpy for a twelve dollar glass. i would expect at least a half a glass full.
Loved it. Absolutely everything. Servers were great.
The lobster gnocchi is worth every penny!
Going to Lucca's in the North End is like visiting an old friend, who happens to be a fantastic Italian chef. I have been going here for more than twenty years and have never been disappointed. From the consistent and impeccable service to the warm ambience to an excellent wine selection to the amazing and authentic food, Lucca's delivers on every aspect of what makes the North End dining experience great.
On my last visit, my date and I split the beet salad, which had a selection of beets served with roasted sliced almonds and a tangy vinaigrette. For the main course, I had the pan fried fish of the day served with an asparagus risotto, which was cooked perfectly. My date had the Baked Orecchiette, which was really crusty with the toasted fontina crema. Unbelievably good!
Great meal and service. We were a party of 5 and all loved our meals.
Great service, attentive staff, great food.
I had a wonderful experience here. We didn’t have to wait to be seated, our waiter was attentive and the food was excellent. I will come back.
We went for New Years's Eve and everything was great. Service, food, ambiance. Fantastic end to a great evening.
