What a nice evening out in the North End. The out side table was a fun place to people watch while enjoying a great dinner. We will be back!
AMAZING AMAZING AMAZING food. Went out of my comfort zone and had some foods i’d never tried and they were DELISH. Waitstaff was incredibly attentive. 10/10 would go back. AMAZING.
Great outdoor seating options and service was impeccable!
I would go here a million times over. Place was beautiful, food and drinks were delicious and a great value for how gorgeous and intimate Lucca was and wonderful their staff and service was. Thank you SO much for accommodating my friends and I! Big party but putting us at two tables next to each other was more than fine and made us feel safe and comfortable.
Reservation was not honored
Lucca was such an awesome atmosphere! The staff, food, drinks and overall atmosphere easily make for an awesome night. Highly recommend.
Amazing place, food was great.
We chose Lucca to celebrate my birthday!! Food, service and ambiance was exceptional!! Everything is prepared from scratch and was SO DELICIOUS!! They surprised me with a beautiful dessert with a candle at the end!! The chef and the general manager MEHDI came to our table to see if we were happy, which was a very nice touch!!
It is not typical Italian— not lasagne or chicken parmigiana!! Food is unique and Phenomenal!
LOVED our experience at Lucca!! Can’t wait to go back!!
Food was amazing until I chewed on a small piece of metal. Apparently it was from a brush that they use to clean the pans. The manager was very apologetic and took the meal and a couple of other things off our bill. They handled it very well and I would definitely go back. Stuff happens!
Food and service was really good. I enjoyed my experience
Great place, great food.
We had a lovely time Thursday night! We enjoyed the Beautiful and lovely staff who are so attentive. Of course the food was amazing... We were so full! We sat outside which is why noise level was high but we loved it! We wish for much success for Lucca - they deserve it!
Food was great, their old fashion, definitely worth the wait.
They now outside seating, and even the tables on the inside you still get to look outside, from the way they've opened up the place
Excellent food! My favorite North End restaurant! Thank
Great entrees & service, terrible cocktails, decent wine
Food was excellent. We ate here right after indoor dining opened up during COVID pandemic. The restaurant followed all rules and were very respectful of the circumstances. Great experience, good atmosphere, will go back
Given the pandemic, it is hard to accurately gauge. The restaurant did a good job with social distancing by having plastic barriers up between tables. The waiter was pleasant if not a little absent. The food was underwhelming but it was functional. Would be nice to try this place during normal times.
Over priced for mediocre meals. Better value other places in the north end.
Outdid my expectations! Was delicious and the service was wonderful!
Had a lovely dinner- thank you for the incredible food
Hard to believe, but it was our first time dining at Lucca. It certainly won't be our last! We were very impressed with not only the delicious food, but the welcoming, knowledgeable & friendly staff. A few of us took advantage of the Restaurant Week specials and others dined a la carte. We all found our meals to be outstanding. Thank you.
Good atmosphere and service. Fish was overcooked.
One of my absolute favourite restaurants in Boston, Lucca came through again last night. Our meals were flavourful and full of delicious and interesting flavour combinations. Their wine selection is great, not too large to get lost but varied enough to have many options. Our server was also spectacular; she did a great job and her bubbly personality added to the dining experience.
Lucca even gave us a complimentary dessert, as it was our anniversary. By no means a requirement, but we both really appreciated the touch. The dessert itself was delicious as well.
All-in-all a great spot in the North End for some delicious food. If you’re interested in Italian food that doesn’t rely on red sauce, check out Lucca.
Decent food, great wine list and service, but I generally found it to be overpriced. Menu options were also limited.
Lucca North End is the best restaurant in Boston. Outstanding food and exceptional service.
My boyfriend and I had a wonderful experience going to Lucca for the first time to celebrate his birthday. The service was wonderful, not too pushy but very attentive. Our waiter was even able to accommodate our preferences by allowing us to create a half and half pasta dish. The food was incredible. We would highly recommend the short rib gnocchi on the appetizer list! Great experience!
Perfect atmosphere and food was fantastic! I will be back for sure...
Incredibly hospitable team, I felt welcome and well cared for the entire visit. Food was delicious. I would highly recommend Lucca to anyone, including families with young kids.
The people that greeted us were amazing! We had 3 children and they quickly helped us with our stroller, had high chair ready & crayons for the children. The kids menu was great and our meal was great as well. Will definitely return!
Service....Attention to Detail....Friendly, Helpful, Engaging...Fantastic
Osso Bucco was pretty m uch the best I ever had and the Saffron Risotto, was right on!
Lucca is always a great experience. Class act! Treated amazing, happy staff, food that is just outstanding. We will definitely be back again and again.
This was our first time here. We had read many good reviews. We were very surprised. There were a number of issues with dinner. Their signature burrata appetizer came with store bought crostini. The tiramisu was bad and lacked many ingredients including espresso. Overall a very disappointing meal for people who love Italian food.
A great dinner experience and quality service!
Staff was nice and made good presentation of appetizers. My dinner was delicious my wife’s unfortunately was not that great. The vegetables were undercooked. The lobster bisque was delicious and the wine list was amazing.
My girlfriend and I visited Lucca for Valentine's day. It was a grand experience and I hope to go again!
Valentines Day prefixed menu was great.
Excellent and attentive servers, delicious food and drink, and cozy ambiance. I've been to wildly expensive steak houses that did not have service or food as good as Lucca. They also have a late night menu, which is hard to find in Boston. I highly recommend this restaurant.
Always a great experience! BEST FOOD,SERVICE AND AMBINANCE!
Favorite place in the North End!
