-Great location. Excellent food. Super busy. Fast service. -Server made the experience deplorable. They did not listen, mixed up drink order and receipts, double charged credit card. Manager had to intervene twice. For an upscale restaurant, saying sorry at every interaction, just wasn’t enough to overcome. I would return and hope the wait staff are properly trained to match the reputation of this lovely establishment.

The service was excellent. We made reservations on open table and when we got there, we were seated right away. The place was full but organized. It wasn’t loud but conversations loud. The appetizers were fresh and wonderful and the steak was fantastic. I got the prime ribeye with blue cheese and it was fabulous… My wife got the octopus appetizer and she loved it. Said it was totally worth the cost. Would definitely go back!

Lou & Mickeys was a wonderful dining experience. We had the fried calamari and the bread before dinner. Between the 4 of us, 2 of us had the filets and then the fish n chips and the chicken. All the meals were cooked perfectly. We ended with dessert and cocktails. Overall, it was wonderful. On the pricey side, but worth every dollar

I wanted to check this place out because of the high reviews but I was very disappointed with the outcome of my dinner experience. I booked through open table as an anniversary event, Was seated next to the bar, where people were loud and obnoxious. Mind you, there were plenty of other seatings in the restaurant that was quiet and secluded. Next, our waitress seemed like she got off at the wrong side of the bed. She was barely engaging, low energy and was rushing us with what we wanted to choose for food. She didn't provide us any suggestions or help as she stood there awkwardly waiting for us to look at the menu that we just received. She has that look like she's irritated and her vibe was just not it. She lingered around us when we were looking at our receipt too. Food wise - the most mediocre meal I had at a place that serves what is supposedly have amazing steak. Our 16 oz ribeye was not the best meat quality - it was not cooked medium rare. More like medium. And the crazy thing about it is we needed to add salt to the meat. SALT. A good quality meat doesn't need salt or any other seasoning to it. I got the sea bass, and it was dry. The pickle slaw under the fish did not go well with flavors. Matter in fact, it lacked flavor entirely. Oh, and I needed to add a ton of salt. The $16 side mushrooms - guess what it needed? SALT. Everything besides the French onion soup lacked flavor. The old fashion was weak, bartender barely put a speckle of whiskey in it. For a $250 check after tips; I was expecting much more. I left hungry because I did not finish my meal and was very disappointed. I gave the leftovers to a homeless person outside the building. The waitress didn't even bother wishing us a happy anniversary or helped us celebrate it. What a worse way to end our anniversary getaway vacation with this experience. I do not recommend it if you're celebrating something special, want great service or great food.
