   Server was terrible. Didn’t pay attention to us or the table next to us. We were always out of water and bar drinks. Food came out in the wrong order. Took forever to get bill and longer to have her run our card. The meal was a challenge over all.

   Dustin was AMAZING!! We went for my boyfriend’s birthday and Dustin greeted us right away. He described all of the dishes and even brought a complementary birthday dessert.

   Both the ribeye and filet were excellent. We added the capella style with fried onions and mushrooms and it was great. The wedge salad (split for 2) was also great.

   When we arrived, we advised Adam, our server, that we were spending our last night in San Diego and were not in a hurry. He was aware that a large party had reservations for later and our table, among others, would be used to seat them. The restaurant has a published duration for dinner, so no surprise the table was booked for later. However, having been advised of our interest in a leisurely dinner, the manager, Heather, approached us, explained the situation and asked if we would be amenable to relocating to a table where we would not have any time constraints. We truly appreciated her thoughtfulness and willingness to accommodate us. After relocating, the service and food were outstanding.

    Fantastic service, amazing ambiance and wonderful authentic high quality meals! We even had a tutorial on the dry aging of beef!
