Multiple reservations booked on the same night to form a group larger than six guests are not permitted and will be canceled. Reservations for parties of one to four guests are allotted 2 hours. Parties of five to six guests are allotted 2.5 hours. Please be courteous to your fellow diners by arriving and leaving on time.     An uncommon, eclectic experience, L’Opposum is consistently excellent in every way. The dishes are nothing less than remarkable. Oysters. Swellington. The best Char. It should have a Michelin star. We travel two states to dine here. Thank you to all the staff for such extraordinary evenings. We’ll be back. Again.

    My favorite place to dine in the world, and it did not disappoint tonight. Ambiance, food and service were as always superb. Quail was moist and delicious.

    Honestly, I don’t know how they do it. Every time we have dinner at L’Opossum we are blown away by the food and the wonderful people. The bartender, Jonathan, was so pleasant and is such a great person.

    Another fantastic meal at L'Opossum. Truly. Susan is likely the best waitress in all of RVA. For reals. Great specials and wonderful classics on the menu.
