    The music was very louder than it should have been which ruined the ambience a little for us. The breakfasts were nice, though I think those who had the pancakes struggled to complete their meals - the pancake on the bottom was entirely soaked in maple syrup for example. It would probably have been better if the syrup, cream/yighurt and berries came in pots as it means the pancakes don't get saturated. We were a group of six and when the last person arrived the person serving us came to get our food order, but we hadn't really had time to decide yet - then I think someone else came, we had to ask for more time about three times because we weren't given enough time to decide, which made it feel a bit rushed at the beginning. We had a nice time, but we were definitely thinking it would be different

    Friendly welcome, great ambience, airy & comfortable. Food delicious, reasonably priced. Staff attentive & helpful. Would definitely recommend & would definitely go again.

    It's become sticky, needs a revamp or deep clean. I had the Grind breakfast, hash brows were revolting, otherwise the rest ok, but for the price at least give us 2 bacon rashers. The waiters were really attentive though as our drinks kept being topped up before we finish...now that's a proper bottomless brunch, might just return for that reason 😀

    Staff never smiled and as rather slow and even a bit dismissive.. chicken was dry..

    I've been to this Grind numerous times and have to say the service was the best it's ever been. Veronica and the team were great. So accommodating, checking to see if we needed anything else, smiley and happy. An overall vibe for the whole time we were there.

    This was the first time I had eaten here and was really disappointed. We arrived before 9 am and quickly ordered however our food did not arrive until after 10 am. It was so late that some of my party had to leave without their food. Despite chasing the staff to check on when the food was coming, the responses were quite defensive and limited as opposed to apologetic. There was no discount or vouchers offered.

    It was busy, not (at fault?) over booked, maybe? I wanted to change a flat white, to a Iced Latte, 1 minute after ordering, this was a major issue apparently. I was with a client, it took an hour for a wrap and yogurt bowl, but my client had another meeting and had to leave, so I eat on my own. Not great service, rude. Maybe it was the heat. Probably would not go back.

    Lovely trip to Grind, London Bridge, this weekend! Service was lovely. We had two servers both very attentive. Food was so tasty and hot when served. Sadly, only a high top table was available when booking - would’ve preferred a different style table as the chairs were comfy but hard to manoeuvre. Perfect spot for breakfast / lunch / brunch.
