Food and Service were good just unbelievably loud for indoor eating. Should have went to the patio.
We were seated immediately upon arriving on a busy Friday night. The service was incredible! We had four different people checking in on us, bringing us our apps, dinners, and drinks. Best burger I have had in Denver. One watch out is the Cauliflower Buffalo wings were not that good compared to others I have had. The breading was not crisp and easily fell off and the heads of Cauliflower were way too big
Great place to catch a sports game.
Made a reservation for a birthday celebration hoping for an outdoor table with a view because this restaurant has one of the best mountain views in the whole metro area. They don't guarantee outdoor availability. Upon my arrival, they made sure to give us the best outdoor table. The host and the server took great care of us and the food and drinks were very good too!
We had a great time on Mother's Day! The bottomless mimosas for free were a nice touch for moms. The service was a little slow given the big brunch crowd, but it was a very good meal overall!
Good food, fast, friendly service. Was a Saturday night so it was really noisy but to be expected.
Very loud but to be expected Definitely more bar than grill had a very strong beer and alcohol smell that was unpleasant. Ordered the fish and chips very large portion had great flavor but was definitely on the greasy side.
Great place to catch up with friends! The service was excellent and the food was delicious! We had the fried fish basket and the fajita bowl- both great!
Great service. Friendly staff. We enjoyed a variety of appetizers and beverages. Enjoyed it.
Great service and good food. Didn't seem to change from all the covid issues and same place I remember minus a few tables etc.
Bartender waa rude. We had a reservation for the roof top and they tell us it's open seating.
Requested a high chair but they were all gone so they gave us a booster seat. Not ideal for a 21 month old. Corned Beef sandwich had limited corned beef on it. Teriyaki Salmon bowl with steamed vegetables was good. It was loud. Just OK
Bartender was running the whole show but handled it like a straight-up champ! 💪 I can’t remember her name, but she was smiling, attentive, quick and effective in her moves! Thanks for making it a great afternoon out with the friends! Food was great; drinks were on point as well, but the service took the cake.
Lodos is a regular hangout, great food and nice staff. Please support Lodos!!
It was great service and great food.
Definitely a fun place for sports watching and good bar food. Hard to hear anyone talk even at the same table so I wouldn't bring anyone that's looking for a place to "visit". For our group it was great as we can talk loud and we all like sports. The patio in the summer is fun but wasn't open this December night.
Even though I reserved for 15 the table they had for us was for 7. They asked are you sure you will have more than 7. Uh yeah that's why I made it for 15. We had to wait for them to get the right amount available for us. Other than that it was a good night.
The patio scene is wonderful. Lodo's has some great beer and happy hour specials and the outdoor dining up north cannot be beat!
I made a reservation for 8 people for a Friday night, but when I got there I was told that it was a "call ahead" reservation. No where on the website or Open Table does it say that the reservation is a call ahead. My group was waiting for a good half hour to 40 minutes before we got offered a bar table when I requested a table on the patio. I understand that patio space can't be guaranteed, but we had a handicapped person with us who needed an actual chair and not a bar stool to sit at. After we were offered the bar table and explained that it wouldn't work, the hostess seemed baffled by the fact that we can't sit there. Eventually, we went up to the patio by ourselves and requested a table. We were seated despite there being a party.
I'm a server so I tend to be a bit more understanding than someone who works outside the restaurant business. But, Lodos fell below the bar. Our one server ( for a party of 12) was either new or just couldn't be bothered with our table. It took 20 mins before she came and greeted the table, another 20 to bring back our drinks ( mind you only one person ordered an alcoholic drink) then she again disappeared and didn't come back til we flagged down another server and told her that we had been waiting 25 mins to place our order. We had been there for an hour and still didn't have a food order in! Food was poor to top it off !
Went for Mother's Day brunch and they didn't seem very prepared at first, but the food was pretty good (nothing extraordinary) and our waiter kept the bottomless mimosas flowing ;)
I'm not sure the staff was ready for the Mother's Day crowd. The service was slow, especially getting refills on the "bottomless" mimosas (I had to go the bar at one point). The buffet was really unattractive, so we ordered from the menu. The food was good for a sports bar, but not great. The table we reserved for 9 was small and awkward. I would recommend this restaurant for happy hour, but not much else.
Easter brunch. Beautiful day Beautiful view!!!
Table was ready when we got there and food and service was great
This was our first time at Lodo's. Based off our experience from when we first arrived until we left was horrible. I had a reservation for a birthday party dinner and was not seated until about N hour and half later. We were were ignored by the hostesses and waiter. Our food was dry and burned. This is by far the worst experience I've ever had at a restaurant.
Service was not great. Took a while to get more drinks and to finally get our check.
Friendly service. Nice for a sportsbar. Average at best food. If they could just get the food right this place would be great for a suburban family outing or to watch a sporting event with friends. Maybe the food off the menu would be better. The all you can each brunch buffet was horrid.
Dependably good food and very good service. Great for outdoors on the patio when the weather is good but the ambiance when forced inside is basic sports bar with TV Screens everywhere. The noise level inside is significant - making conversation difficult.
If you enjoy Rock Bottom you'll love it...same menu and beer selection
Food was beyond fabulous, thanks !!
Loved the outdoor seating overlooking the mountains. Great service
Great view, creative menu with excellent execution and attentive service. A big hit with our out-of-town guests.
This was our first time. Great food and service - amazing views of the front range from the rooftop patio. Very loud, lively crowd so don't got expecting quiet and romatic, but a great hangout for a few drinks and some good pub-style food with a view.
made reservation for a table of 8 on patio - got phone call that they didn't reserve for patio but we would be on top of list, had to wait over an hour for table. Bar service was good. Half of our party eventually left, and when we finally sat down to eat, we only had 2 people left. A couple of others went downstairs. I know the staff tried to accomodate us and they apologized so we appreciated that. Everyone dissatisfied with food - burgers were poor to mediocre in taste. Don't think we will ever go back.
Don't think we will ever go back.
We had a wonderful time! The chips and salsa are great. We sat upstairs facing the mountains, talked, ordered at our leisure and it was just a much-needed relaxing time!
We were seated and waited 15-20 minutes before any waitress came to even order our drinks. Apparently one waitress said she would take our table and then "spaced us off", and then passed us to another waitress, when she heard my mother-n-law complain to the manager about the service. As customers, we sat and watched several tables arrive ten minutes later than us and the received service right away. it was mother's day, and the mother's were not feeling the love.
We had a Mother's Day brunch at Lodo's in Westminster and it could have been a really good experience. Unfortunately, the waitress couldn't remember our order, drinks were extremely slow in coming out and my son's calzone came out cold in the middle. He sent it back and after the rest of us had all finished eating he finally got it back, cold again. The rest of the food was adequate but the service was very lacking which made for a so-so experience. We've eaten here before and in previous times the service was much better.
I love LoDo's when the second balcony is open, and the rooftop is great for lunch as the view is all Colorado. The weekends do offer quite a scene. It is a sports bar feel inside, and so large groups don't work very well, but it's a great place if you want to sit close to someone (so you can hear what they're saying!)
the restaurant was very loud, we had a large group and we had to shout at each other to talk. we also had a number of children, so wasn't the best place for them, but will most likely be back when we have adults only.
