About the restaurant
Offering regional Thai food with uncompromising flavors, som saa is full of just the right amount of heat to spice up your day. Available for lunch and dinner, this unassuming Thai joint is the brainchild of Masterchef finalist Andy Oliver and the flavors on offer really pack a punch. There’s no dedicated vegan menu here, but staff are happy to adapt recipes to the individual diner’s requirements, such as removing the shrimp from the iconic som tam Thai papaya salad. Check out the intriguing cocktail list, maybe a ‘Day by the Pool’ is just what you need.

About the restaurant
Set high above London with spectacular views of the city, Galvin at Windows is an award-winning restaurant for any occasion. Always in demand, booking is essential here. There are three menus to choose from daily, and a special brunch menu on Saturdays including sourdough and avocado. If you let the restaurant know beforehand, they will email you a vegan menu to peruse before you arrive. A vegan chocolate and blackcurrant dessert is a particular favorite of reviewers. Ask about the confit pumpkin with sun-dried pepper.

About the restaurant
A “leading destination for modern Catonese cuisine”, Hakkasan’s Michelin star is well earned. Set over two floors, there’s a relaxed, more informal dining area with a vibrant bar on the ground floor, and the lower ground floor is a more intimate setting with intricate wooden screens. Helpful staff will point out or arrange the best vegan options by adapting existing dishes. Diners love the soya vegan chicken and the deep-fried tofu receives comments like soft, creamy and full flavored.

We have been there for our daughter's birthday. The ambiance, food, service everything were excellent. They offered us a table which was at the quieter area but we asked for the main dining area. And they did not refuse us. They immediately found us a table that my daughter wished to sit at. Also I told the receptionist that we will dine for the birthday and she mentioned this to others at the dining area and the desert arrived with a candle and happy birthday writing. It was a very pleasant moment for her. and let's talk about food. The rib eye was fantastic. It was so succulent and tender. Spicy prawn was not so spicy which was good for me but really tasty. the sides we ordered were vegetable and rice. for vegetables only asparagus arrived. It was well cooked, tasty but I wished for a different alternative as well. Maybe a mix of vegetables. we also had the dumplings as a starter. They were all well made and yummy. For the service, Edgar served us. He was a fabulous man. He is so smiley, joyful, loves his work and very professional at his work. Thank you Edgar!!

Have you ever tried Incan inspired cuisine? Coya offers a menu filled with Peruvian influence and outstanding ingredients. Coya also takes the vegan diet seriously, and there are plenty of delicious options available seasonally. Reviewers went wild for the house guacamole, which has a good kick, and zucchini with shitake and mint. Miso and eggplant combine in a main dish that’s sweet, sticky and sublime. Sides have included kale, goji berries, and candied walnuts. Contemporary cuisine with the spirit of adventure.

I will start with the easy part. The restaurant is sleek and modern and impeccably clean. It is designed in such a way that even large groups of dinners do not create a lot of noise. Likewise, the service. Everything was spot-on. Courses (and wine) were timed perfectly. Every dish/wine was clearly explained. Servers were efficient, but still managed to create a fun atmosphere. The food, of course was the star. I have dined in many 2 and 3 star restaurants. This is one of the best meals I have ever had. When we were there, the menu leaned heavily toward fish (I love fish). There were about 12 courses, plus amuse bouche and other smallish add-ons. If I have one suggestion, maybe edit the menu a little bit? By the end of the meal, it was just too much. Overall, really excellent experience!

Portland is a restaurant dedicated to using the best produce in dishes created with imagination and flair. Holding a Michelin star for excellence, the wines are as carefully selected as the ingredients for a menu that’s sure to inspire. Fine dining without the pomp and circumstance, in a simple yet elegant setting.
