Libertad never disappoints, but last Friday, it was over the top delicious and the service excellent, taking care of our needs but not trying to clear our plates too soon.. we had the Asian green beans and shishito peppers for apps and then we shared the mahi mahi special and carne asada w yucca frites for our mains.. I’m so glad they brought back the tiny thin yucca frites! So good!! The chimichurri on the carne asada was to die for and I don’t know what sauces or puréed vegetables were under and around the mahi but I could eat it on cardboard.. I can’t wait to go back! Wait! I almost forgot our drinks.. I had one with a smoke bubble on top. It was fun and also a delicious complement to the fruity drink..

Great service. Food portions are large and shareable, especially the burritos. Upstairs seating is quieter than main floor but bathrooms are on main floor. Easy walk to Paramount Theatre and public parking is behind the restaurant. Recommend.

We were a party of four. We all really liked the food especially the Cod Fritter and the flan. The chicken was excellent as well. I had an amazing experience at Goosefoot! It's always wonderful to have dinner at Chris and Nina's restaurant. I'm so excited that they're moving and I'm also curious about their next adventure. Fonda is a time machine capable of taking you back. Back to the stovetops of our chef’s grandmothers. Back to the essence of joy one feels when a plate is laid before them by a person who cares.

We have two experiences to take you from our past to the present. Fonda, which is a more traditional approach to dining, and the Cantina, which celebrates our cocktail program, and allows our guests to enjoy a meal a little more quickly. Both distinctly rooted in our goal: to provide authentic and thought-provoking cuisine.
