The coast by east is located at the end of the Großer Grasbrook, directly below the Marco Polo Tower and in the immediate vicinity of the Hamburg Cruise Center. The strikingly curved roof structure was designed by the architect collective EMBT from Barcelona and is modeled on the open flapping of a seagull's wings.
In the warm summer months, the window front, which can be opened completely, combines the spacious terrace and the interior restaurant area to form a large open space with high ceilings and a sophisticated lighting concept.
Discover the walk-in wine cabinet, the open bar with a decorative back buffet and the plant wall in the restaurant, which is completely planted with real plants, and let yourself be pampered by the team of head chef Thilo Haberland.

Very good food in nice atmosphere in Hamburg by the water

Bread in baked right in Das Dorf's kitchen and the rustic, cozy interior of the dining area is reminiscent of the German pubs of old. We found this restaurant with the Michelin app and we were happily surprised. Again. Wonderful atmosphere and great and very friendly service. Both the fish and the chicken were excellent and checkout the wine list! ❤️ What a wonderful place this is. Highly recommended
