Heading to the 17th arrondissement of Paris to discover Bloom Sushi, a culinary concept born from across the Atlantic that is based on a menu of entirely vegan sushi. Under the direction of Chef Christian Ventura, this restaurant combines Japanese cuisine with 100% plant-based ingredients. The gamble is bold as you will find a wide selection of sushi, all prepared without fish or any animal-derived ingredients. The result is as surprising as it is delicious, as evidenced by the soba salad with noodles and peanut butter vinaigrette, or the omakase assortment, which features various flavored makis and rolls. Two vegans and one carnivore were very happy! Worth the trip.

The Vesper Restaurant, located in the 7th arrondissement of Paris, piques curiosity for several reasons. Here, the term fusion cuisine truly comes to life. Chef Lucas Felzine combines Nikkei cuisine, a mix of Japanese and Peruvian dishes, with French specialties. Among the menu’s highlights, the glazed duck gyozas and black cod with miso are must-tries. It is also one of the best sushi restaurants in Paris, offering a beautifully varied and inspired menu. The ambiance is also noteworthy, especially in the evening with a groovy and upbeat music selection, perfect for a meal with family or friends.

The food was great at the Champagne Brunch. We had a lovely window table. The problem occurred at check out. All legitimate french restaurants check you out and say good bye. If you choose to add something to you server it is your choice. However, after many glasses of champagne i got my check and got an American check of 10%/20%/30% tip choices on the check out. Stupidly, I tipped. I never do that in Paris and only leave a few Euros if I love my server. So, do not do here if you are from the USA. They will take advantage.

This restaurant needs to use the correct name. It is no longer Bloom Sushi and needs to be titled correctly. Very confusing for a customer and we had to take another Uber to the actual Bloom sushi after we found this out. We did not stay to eat so I cannot comment on anything and the stars are not relevant to this post.
