Today, the flavours and traditions of Alberta’s ranching heritage live on at the Bow Valley Ranche. Our Grand Salon holds approximately 110-120 guests. William Roper Hull and Senator Patrick Burns hold approximately 30-32 guests. Our John Glenn room, located in the upstairs, old master bedroom of the house, holds approximately 12 guests.

Sit down beside the massive fireplace in the Grand Salon or enjoy the covered wrap-around veranda during warm weather. Enjoy lunch, dinner, cocktails or weekend brunch. Reservations are recommended. Please note that we do not take reservations for the patio.

We had a wonderful late lunch. We all tried different options and enjoyed them all.
Facing Carré St-Louis, nestled between Le Plateau and the Latin Quarter, La Fabrique's concept awakens the senses. First in 2008, in full view from his open kitchen, co-owner Jean Baptiste Marchand has delighted diners with his attentive-to-detail cuisine. The brunch was delicious, lots of options for people with different dietary restrictions and was great for the price. My table really enjoyed the eggs Benedict, the duck and asparagus and the stuffed croissant. From the buffet the pizza was awesome and the trifle had us going back for seconds. I would easily recommend Bardo Brunch for a special occasion or an amazing Sunday morning date.

What a kitschy and camp local Hamilton spot! Went to the Hess village location (be warned, there are two locations so make sure you show up to the right one). It was a lovely birthday dinner and not many diners so felt very private. For vibes, think jetsons meet 1960’s dinner meets a manic pixie dream girl! Plus, free dessert for the bday girl. The food was great, highly reccomend the kimchi fries x
