   Our reservations for the legends at Notre Dame worth for 3:45 PM. There were no other patrons inside at this time which we thought would be a good thing. Surface and friendliness were almost nonexistent. The food was very good but not for that price. The ambience, were light fixtures that hung in our face while we eat her food. The volume music was a little loud for our taste, could not really hear each other except when we talk loudly, even though we were directly across the table from each other. The menu was very limited, but again the food was good.

   Right on campus, what else but an authentic Irish Pub. Food is reasonably priced and service staff is very attentive.

   Legends is a small step up from a diner. I was expecting a much nicer experience. The menu was limited, but the food was pretty good. There were only 2 desserts - a cookie and whiskey glazed donuts. The donuts were very good. Other than a couple of trophies as you entered, you'd never even know you were dining at ND. I guess I expected more given all the aurora around Notre Dame. I think this is supposed to be the "nice" restaurant on campus, but it didn't feel like it. The food did come out quick though.

   Blue-Gold game. Family drove up from Indy for the occasion. Very convenient to have dinner across the parking lot from stadium. Legends has been a favorite during hockey season. Happy they are open again after covid closings.

   Remodeling has led to a loss of the ambience that was there before. It is also loud and more difficult to have a conversation. The barrier that I think was there between the bar and the restaurant area is now gone and it is more like eating in a bar than a restaurant. If you want more of a bar feel, then you will be happy. If you want to have a casual nice meal focused on conversation, then not as good. Food quality also went down. Really was one of my favorite places, but not as good now.

    First time ever to the ND campus and Legends and it did not disappoint. Originally had a 230 reservation, but our campus tour ended earlier than I had expected. I called them and they were happy to move us up. The place has a lot of great ND memorabilia and is very clean. Our server was good and efficient. The Golden Domer was a very good burger. I rarely order burgers out to eat, but decided to give it a try. Ordered it medium and it was cooked perfect. The sauce was good as well. Liked the Parmesan sprinkled on the crinkle fries and they were cooked well with a little crispness to them and not soggy. Would go back.

    We are very glad that Legends has reopened. It's both less expensive and less noisy than Rohr's. Our server was terrific.

    Legends sits on campus. A great place to eat before a game. Hostess was not friendly on Friday, but waitress Audre, made up for that. Hostesses should smile and be kind. Just a tip.

    We went on a weekend evening with a couple of students. The cocktails and appetizers were very good (giant pretzel and chicken nachos delish!) Not impressed with the entrees: steaks were small and unappetizing looking; kale salad was bland. Krinkle fries were tasty. Server either mis heard or kitchen made a mistake and brought salmon on my salad instead of chicken. For chicken sandwiches asked to have aoili mayo on the side but they forgot. The place wasn’t busy but they stuffed 5 of us into a 4 person booth, oddly. Recommend you stick with Rohr’s if you want an upscale dinner meal. Legends does a great sports bar snacks and drinks scene. Could see it being a little pricey for students to dine there on a regular basis, but so convenient for a meal out with family. Happy it is reopened as an option at ND!

    The fish dinner was outstanding; enough to share. Love the atmosphere at Legends. Would love to be able to order 1/2 salad or side salad. I would suggest adding pizza on the kid's menu.

    The wait staff was very spread thin and understandably overloaded. We missed out on an appetizer we ordered and received a drink order late. Our food was very delicious but took a long time to get to us. Our waiter didn't have time to do anything but take our order, deliver our food and pick up the check. Would try again on a non-home game night (hockey).

    Long wait for food, not much on menu, plain jane hamburger not very good. It was disappointing, hope they continue to work on menu. Very good waitress! Still glad they have reopened

    High-top tables in the bar area were extremely small. Only sit there if you're having a few drinks. Service was a little slow, but it was right before a basketball game. The food was great and look forward to going back before games more often!

    Great food. I was very impressed by the quality and the prices. We went on a Tuesday night and the wait for food was slightly longer than one would expect. The drinks were also slightly weak or not filled up to the top. I will come again.

    Legends accepted my reservation. When we arrived, we discovered it was closed. And, it has been closed for quite a while. Doesn’t make any sense to continue accepting reservations when you are not operating the restaurant.

    My daughter and I were visiting campus and had lunch at Legends-the food was awesome (love the “ND” seared into the bun), service was friendly and efficient, and it had a pleasant college atmosphere! All around great experience, highly recommend!

    The food was absolutely spot on. This was echoed by all in our party from the Short Rib Burger, to the Reuben, and the Salmon. Staff were professional and had the right amount of contact so as not to smother us, but ensured we were taken care of properly. This dining experience is well worth the visit!
