Worst customer service!! They forgot to bring so many items that we ordered via our server. Then they charged the items on the receipt until we said something! Horrible experience!!
Everything we ordered was delicious. The bread and dip for it was excellent. The bread was hot, just out of the oven.
Just dating my fiancé
The food was good authentic Lebanese food, the Bekaa valley wine was affordable and exception. They were a little light on waitstaff, as are most restaurants today, but the service was exceptionally good. The waitress, hostess and manager all mad sure that we had an exceptional dining experience and all of needs were met, even after the restaurant had closed for the evening. We had an amazing time here and this has become my go to favorite restaurant in Baltimore.
Wonderful service and food!
The service and the ambiance was very well, but the concern I had was with the dish the, “chicken kebab”
The rice was not cooked properly. It was sticking together and very hard and it was not separated and “light” like rice should be. The chicken on the same dish had issues. it was very dry, very bland, and had a burnt taste to it.
However, I ordered the camel wings and they were better than the first time I had them. So, the experience was below average at best. I’m not really impressed with the cooking style because the first time I came here, there were issues with the dish then too. It’s like the food is made in a rush, or so that has been there for a while and is being used instead of fresh ones being made.
Made a reservation and staff took 10 minutes organizing a table in front of me when I got there. Needed to remind staff to bring out water, drinks, apps. Food came out cold and chicken was gamey/dry, overcooked. Nice outdoor views, but not worth the price.
The food was spectacular. Bright flavors, fresh and well cooked ingredients, beautiful presentation-- even familiar basics like hummus they take to the next level. The service was stretched thin but these days who can blame them for it.
The food here is always amazing.
Consistent main stay middle eastern food.
The interior looks worn and somewhat shoddy. The service was rather slow and the wait staff seemed overstretched. The food was adequate if a bit overdone. On the whole, it was a mediocre meal. Not fine dining by any measure. It wasn’t awful, but it’s not an occasion type of place. It’s more of a decent lunchtime eatery or someplace to stop by if you’re just passing by and are hungry.
One server for the entire restaurant on a Saturday night. We felt terrible for her. The place was very crowded and we had to wait a long time even for water. We did more waiting than we did eating. It will be a long time before we come back. I’d really like a refund. In addition it was very warm in the dining room. It’s a shame because the food is so good.
Good food, a bit formulaic. Nice wait staff. We ate inside as it was too hot outside.
A bit noisy with two vocal two year olds at different tables, no fault of the restaurant but nicer places won't usually have that ambiance.
Excellent food! Great location, ambiance and service.
Dinner was excellent. Our server was great and attentive (Veronica, I think); and dinner was not crazy expensive. the watermelon feta salad is literally the best salad ever.
Great food! Service was good, but I’m definitely subtracting points because our plates were not cleared after the meal. In our case, they left them in front of us until we paid. They were playing some great music, but you could barely hear it because everyone was talking so loud. Obviously not the restaurants fault, but worth mentioning, so you get a feel for the atmosphere. Kuddos for the mouthwash in the bathroom- a pleasant surprise. We will go again.. so everyone else, talk quieter and let’s all enjoy the music and our company.
Some of the entrees were not hot. Excellent taste. Great mezze to start. Good service. Friendly service.
Good for noshing at complete dinner.
Overall the food was delicious and the service was great we enjoyed our meal and can’t wait to come back.
Terrific service, amazingly tasty food.
Delicious lunch! Every choice was very tasty! ecause of rain possibility, we ate indoors. Very kid friendly too!
We enjoyed our meals. All of the food was delicious, and the restaurant was a very pleasant experience.
4 friends - one is moving to Florida.
Always delicious, and the service on this visit was just the absolute best!
- understaffed = longer wait times, though didn’t affect dining experience or expectations~.
- amazing food + good portions for sharing or takeaways
Really great food and service. Hummus of course is wonderful, and enough to fill you up alone.
It was a great experience and the food was also really good.
Such great food and drinks and service was great. We will go back.
Beautiful location. Authentic food. Wonderful time eating outside on the patio.
Well prepared Lebanese dishes. Our favorite is the appetizer platters -- enough for two! Prices are very reasonable. The ambience of the Baltimore location is a little austere. The interior, while attractive, looks like it might have once been a steakhouse.
We are vegetarians - even though there aren't many options, we had a good time enjoying the platters and the sides. The servers were very cordial.
Authentic and tasty Lebanese food! The service was amazing as well. One of the guests is celiac and they did everything to adjust to her dietary needs. Will definitely be back!
We had a party of 10 and ate outside. The service and food were terrific. We will definitely recommend to anyone.
As always loved the lamb.
Lebanese Taverna was one of our favorite restaurants till the last Mother’s Day dinner when I brought my wife and my two sons. Unfortunately, we didn’t have a good experience. The server was distracted. We had to ask her for bread a couple of times and even then we didn’t get what we asked for. Food didn’t arrive hot. Had less salt (and we don’t take a lot of salt). This was after it took almost 45 mins after we ordered. Please look into these issues.
As usual, the food was fantastic. We haven't ever had a bad meal from here! However, it's clear that they aren't following any COVID regulations regarding spacing or capacity. We went for dinner on Mother's Day, and it was PACKED. They weren't spacing out tables, people were seated back-to-back in booths, and within reaching distance of other patrons. I watched the hostess and servers take down their masks multiple times to speak to each other, and no one enforced customer mask wearing around the restaurant (like getting up to use the bathroom, etc).
I love this restaurant, but I can't in good conscious recommend it to anyone right now, as it didn't feel like they cared about health and safety.
Good food, service fair. Too cold in the dinning room, was frigid.
The food was excellent as usual. The Mother's Day special needs help. They planned an event where they bring random mezzes to your table for 39 dollars. Great idea but having the server try and keep up with demand did not work. For instance, we sat, did not get anything for 20 minutes while others that sat after us did. They could have had runners for the food. That would have worked better. But, normal day, normal food, that place is awesome!
Great food and we enjoyed and the staff were great!
