The service was so-so. the appetizers of shrimp and escargot were quite good. The spinning salad was thick and pasty. We didn't eat it. We both came for prime rib and ordered their traditional cut medium rare. It looked beautiful upon presentation but was very surprisingly tough and sinewy. They offered to replace these with two new prime ribs but we were tired and no longer hungry. They did comp us the meat. In summary, a major disappointment. We will not return.
Very disappointed with this visit. The Lawry's Cut was smaller than usual. The waitress was unattentive. Big delay waiting for drinks, she did not bring the Yorkshire pudding and never really checked on us during the visit. Not the typical Lawry standard.
My mother in law was visiting and so we thought we would treat her to a delicious meal. Lawry’s is the place for a delicious beautiful perfectly prepared prime rib. Lawry’s is consistently excellent - food, ambiance, and service. We always leave satisfied and looking forward to the next time we can share a meal here! Thank you for putting out the red carpet service for my 80 year old mother in law. She felt very special!!

Lawry's has changed as most restaurants have due to the pandemic. The energy in the restaurant has fallen flat because no longer do the wonderful prime rib carts come tableside to carve and serve. Lighter staffed shifts seem to be working and it took our server 15 minutes before first trip to the table for drink order. Hungry and ready, we submitted our entire order and the spinning salad is just as good as remembered. The main course followed closely behind (meaning the food was served quickly) and it was superior. Once begun, the service became attentive and impeccable. Let's bring back the environment, energy and "vibe" of the Lawry's we love pre-pandemic!

The food was adequate, the server wasn’t able to explain some ingredients or key components in several of the dishes, leaving us confused to explore what was given to us. Requests were forgotten on multiple occasions and we were once again left to ask other servers and dining room attendants for simple things such as lemons. Overall, after dining there three times now, it is unlikely for a fourth anytime soon. The actual prime rib was good though, so that was noticed and enjoyed thoroughly.

I'm sad to say they seem to have lost the magic. I have always loved dinner at Lawrys. Last night we arrived and they no longer have a valet. The staff was nice but they forgot to serve us our salad. We never got our Yorkshire Pudding either. My sister ordered a Coke and had to wait mist of the meal for a refill. Just disappointing. A $450 bill and a slack experience. They used to be first class, but they lost my business last night.

Service was impeccable as always, and the dining room was spotless. No surprises here, it’s Lawry’s, after all!
What was a surprise was the prime rib. It was drier and tougher than I’d ever had at this, or the BH, locations. It was better than one might find at a bargain buffet, but certainly not up to standards or expectations. It happens, it’s not like the beef is manufactured in a factory. Part of the beauty of nature is its variance and unpredictability. Still, I’m not sure how this piece made it through the grading and selection processes and onto my plate.
No doubt I’ll be back, and soon, just the same.
We totally enjoyed ourselves. The food was great and the service was the same(great).

very disappointed with Brunch- no longer serving complementary mimosas ( now $5 each) for brunch..no bread on the table any longer either....Toad in the hole entree and crab cakes with poached eggs entree are no longer being served on the menu....My wife ordered the new prime rib hash and got sick to her stomach. The Prime rib however was still outstanding...and the service was supernatural...TRAVIS (our server) always caters to our every dining want and need.
My wife says she will never again attend Brunch at Lawrys again (unless they make revisions). It's very sad because we've been enjoying family celebrations at brunch for many years now.
Lunch and dinner however are still exceptional .

It was our daughter's birthday and Lawry's was always a favorite restaurant of ours when we lived in Dallas, so we thought Lawry's would be the perfect place to celebrate. It was a wonderful experience for her and us. The food was excellent and our waiter couldn't have been better. He was friendly, attentive and professional. The added touch of the dessert was just perfect and made her birthday a day to remember.

The food, ambiance and music are always perfect.
Even though all of the servers are on-point, we prefer Travis. He is kind, caring and always goes the extra mile to see that we have an excellent experience.
Food quality excellent!
We had a party of four. Three had the Lawry's cut prime rib. 1(medium rare had the bone) rated it excellent. 2 (medium had the bone) rated it very good. 3 (medium rare no bone) rated it pretty good. 4 (medium rare bone in prime ribeye) excellent. The macaroni and cheese and mushrooms were excellent.

I ordered the Sea Bass. When it came it was raw & cold inside. Waiter took it back & brought it back. I don't know if they microwaved it or not but it was done & in the same spot it was & the pieces I had cut off were in same spot. Felt they should have fixed a new one so it didn't looked microwaved especially at the price. We set up reservation for my granddaughters 23rd birthday but no mention of it. We have taken her to Lawry's every year since she was 12 for her birthday. Kind of disappointed.

Most delicious prime rib anywhere! Enormous portion of carrot cake & spectacular coconut banana pie. Just wish I could have had a second glass of wine….

PRIME RIB COOKED TO PERFECTION -UNLIMITED WINE AND BEVERAGE LIST - SPINNING BOWL SALAD WAS COOL, CRISP.COLORFUL AND DELICIOUS - SIDES WERE EXCELLENT- DESERTS TO DIE FOR - SERVICE WAS SUPERNATURAL - TRAVIS (OUR SERVER) CATERED TO OUR EVERY DINING WANT AND NEED - AND DID SO CHEERFULLY AND WITH CHARM. ...NANCY (THE MANAGER) SAID HELLO AND MAKES US FEEL LIKE A PART OF THE LAWRY'S FAMILY. IT'S A DINING EXPERIENCE WE TREASURE - KEEPS US COMING BACK EACH MONTH SINCE 1988 !!!!!

Our server Olivia R did a fantastic job in getting everyone the items ordered. Each part of our meal arrived in a timely manner and with great attention to each detail of service. Our salad, main course, sides and dessert were great. Our drinks were very good with service on refills as needed. Thank you for a great meal and dinner experience.

Our waiter, Travis was good but had too many tables to serve so that made us wait longer than normal for service. The "Busser" for our table was horrible - did not refill our bread, left dirty plates on the table, it was obvious he did not care about doing his job correctly. Ruined the entire experience.

My husband and I both ordered California cut prime rib steaks. The meat was end pieces, fat and stringy, unappetizing and not eaten.
Our guests seemed pleased with their meals. However, we paid the bill - almost $600. Won't go to Lawreys again.
