   Houstonians beware. This was not the Mexican food we were looking for. It was fine, edible but not the Mexican food we were looking for. White rice was surprising. Server was new but did a good job.

   Dinner with friends. Everyone got their favorite dish. Tres Marias and Chili Rellenos. Katia was a fabulous server. Everyone is always so gracious

   Soup was an appetizer and should have come before entree, and it was cold. Table much too small for 4 people.

   As usual the food was good and the service was excellent. We asked for a quiet spot and they were very compliant. This is a good place for a drink and to meet up with friends

   Las Palomas is our favorite Mexican restaurant in the Austin area. It is authentic Mexican, not Tex-Mex. My wife loves the fajitas, and the molé sauce used on the enchiladas is outstanding. Olé!

   The food was delicious, service great, prices reasonable. Our table was a little small for four of us, but otherwise, it was wonderful!

    We are weekly regulars. Last night there were an unusually large number on small children in the restaurant which were unwatched by parents sitting at separate tables. The kids got bored, started milling about, going outside and back in. It was noisy and hard to enjoy the music. We come at 6:45 pm hoping to miss this crowd but they were there last night. We wish the hostesses would seat these big noisy groups into other rooms in the restaurant on nights when the band plays. I know that the guys in the band would like that as well. We have talked about this. They don’t understand that there some there who actually want to hear the music and not some yuppies’s kids trying to talk over the music.
