It was a great way to celebrate a special occasion. The holiday ambiance is simply the best time to visit.
Chile Verde was delicious!!
Carne asada entry was burnt. By the time the server comes around (at least 15 minutes later) my son didn’t feel like eating any more. Service is extremely slow. Finding the server is like finding gold. Food is bad and way too expensive. Will never come back here.
Do not give out enough Mole Sauce on their plates.
Overpriced!
Nice place to celebrate any event
Beautiful ambience
It was so beautiful, the only thing was our waitress took long for our order. They finally brought in another waiter to take our order. Food good
So we are a small business and we wanted to take our employees out for a nice evening at the Mission Inn as an early Christmas team event. I was surprised it seemed like they didn’t put up as much lights as they normally do. We were sat and it took a very long time for our server to even come greet our party. Finally when she came we put in our drink order which took another 10 or more minutes to get. Our server told us they had hired a new bartender and that the drinks were behind. When we got our drinks they were not good at all. This place is known for their margaritas and their classic margarita was disgusting. I don’t think their new bartender knows what they are doing. Margaritas are my favorite drink. I didn’t even end up ordering anything else so that was extremely disappointing. Also the food was terrible! The beans tasted bland, the carne asada was over cooked, and the salsa for the chips had zero flavor. Just tasted like tomatoes. The only thing that made the evening nice was the carolers that came and serenaded us. Not worth the $400 spend on dinner. Such a disappointment. Not sure whats happened over there but I don’t recommend going there especially for the holidays.
We had carnitas, surf and turf, fajitas and chile verde.
The outdoor dining, Christmas decorations and the ambiance was amazing. Valet parking right by the front is perfect. You can go inside and see all of the beautiful decorations. We had carolers who sang at our table.
Work anniversary
Dinner was delicious especially the Seafood Enchiladas and as always the chips & salsa were fresh and tasty, we topped it off with the Cadillac Margarita. My husband loved his birthday dinner and so did I!
Excellent food and the staff was very nice. The ambiance of the Christmas lights overhead was magical and made our evening out just perfect. The weather was chilly but there were plenty of heaters near by. The cocktails were creative and delicious. Highly recommend!
Food was delicious!!
Food was great and drinks as well. Ambience was nice.
Interesting rendition of Mexican food. Still delicious food.
Loved the ambiance, food and professionalism of staff. The special touch was the Christmas carolers. This dinner started our season off in a perfect way.
Enjoyed the atmosphere. The service was excellent. Guacamole had too much lime added and overwhelmed the flavors.
Good portions on the food and good taster otherwise.
I got multiple mosquito bites as I sat there on the patio
Chips a snack salsa and the drinks where delicious. The kids enjoyed their kids quesadillas. The ceviche was full of shrimp and was. The fish to tacos were ok.
Attentive service and accommodating of a vegan diet.
One of my favorite places. I like the outside ambiance; whether I am enjoying time with friends or my husband, it is always a win. Sunday brunch is a favorite of mine.
The food was great, the atmosphere was awesome. Definitely will go again
Quality! That's what you get here and I love it! Naturally they were already an outdoor restaurant pre-covid so the ambiance, lighting and service is all used to being outdoor so it actually almost feels like normalcy ! The food is delcious! My favorite items are definitely the empenadas and the open face quesadilla! Fav drink in the Raspberry Kiss! Yum!
We have always enjoyed Las Campana. This dinner left a lot to be desired.
Everything was perfect, waitress was great but wasn’t knowledgeable on what tequilas they carried. Host didn’t bother to take our temperature, management let a kid play YouTube of parents phone on full blast and clearly I noted we where there for our anniversary. Food and service was 5 stars but the atmosphere was not what I expected for a anniversary dinner. Once again food and service was great, I felt management should of kept tabs on keeping the atmosphere as expected to be. Oh! And one more thing the bathrooms didn’t have toilet paper
I love the Mission Inn and this place is perfect, especially with COVID restrictions. The outdoor area is so warm, beautiful, and the heaters keep you warm and cozy. The service was top notch. The only thing I wished is that they had some type of signature drink menu besides the margaritas. Those my friend ordered a margarita and it was huge.
Overall great experience, highly recommend!
I love Mission Inn because of its historical and its ambiance. I like eating at the Las Campanas because of its good but somehow when we recently celebrated a friends birthday the menu has changed and maybe change chef. All orders that we ordered did taste very bland and the presentation was unappetizing. The coffee taste like its has sat for a long time and it was so bitter. So sorry to comment. Still love the place but the food just didn’t come out right.☹️
Great vibe. Great food. Excellent service. Nice view. Very romantic.
Service was great. Atmosphere was amazing. Food was not great. My daughters carne asada was charred. Rice and beans not great. My seafood enchiladas were disappointing
The food was horrible, nothing like authentic Mexican food. Mayonnaise on the salad, yuck! Mole with carnitas, really gross. Canned Rosarita refried beans. So disappointing, it used to be great! What happened?
We were given a table just a few minutes after we arrived and the service was great, the food was really good and td he setting excellent
The food was awful! I paid $120.00 for 4 people and the beans tasted out of a can, I ordered fish tacos with no side dishes and the carnitas were like soup style (crockpot style). Waste of money!!!!!! Never again.
Excellent Service- Very Attentive
Excellent Food- Very Flavorful
Excellent Beverages- House Margarita a MUST
The food and service is good, but the patio ambience is unmatched. A very memorable lunch. It's wonderful to be able to walk around the grounds afterward.
The staff was wonderful. Great customer service.
Always a great dinner, atmosphere, and people. Great job with social distancing also
Everything was great except the music was just a little to loud and preferred a different kind of music not rock. Will be coming back everything else was great
Our reservation was al 8 we got there and nobody was at front we waited 5 minutes for someone walk to us and help us then we ordered our drink and they forgot 2 drinks for our other guests food was delicious but service not so great .. waitress was friendly but food took longer then expected
Had a great birthday dinner with my wife. The ambiance at the mission inn is unparalleled, and the food was very good as well.
Always enjoy our meals and ambiance.
