Las Brisas sources only the finest ingredients. Our premium Angus steaks are all natural, free of hormones and antibiotics, and are sourced from one of the only third-party Certified Humane cattle ranching operation in the U.S. Our fish is flown in fresh three times per week and our premium produce is sourced from top growers with field-to-kitchen trace-ability and rigorous monitoring at all five stages of production to ensure quality.
Our talented chefs are professionally trained and experienced in a wide range of cuisine. Our Award-Winning wine list is the most extensive in all of West Texas and boasts over 400 selections, including boutique and hard-to-find wines. We have extensive scotch, craft beer, and whiskey collections, and our experienced bartenders will hand-craft a cocktail to your liking. Our patio overlooks a pond and waterfall, and plays host to live music acts from the end of March through the end of October every year.

Well, Las Brisas has changed from using OpenTable for reservations to another service. Because if this they lost our reservation, and sat us at a terrible table next to the kitchen! Everytime they took the cart out to do table-side desserts one of our party had to get up to let that cart past and do it again when they returned the cart to the kitchen. The kitchen noise & traffic was constant and the wait staff was constantly kicking our chairs on the way past. The whole experience was terrible and good food just can't make up for things like this. Skip this place if they don't have your reservation or sit you at a bad table.請問這對你有幫助嗎？

We always try to eat at Las Brisas when visiting our son at Texas Tech. The sashimi in ponzu is one of our favorite appetizers but the crab beignets and jalapeño poppers were excellent as well. My son has the Chilean sea bass, which is a favorite of ours and the rest of us had filets and ribeyes. Great quality and worth the splurge!請問這對你有幫助嗎？

We were looking for the best steak in Lubbock… We found it. Las Brisas was a really wonderful experience, and we look forward to visiting again. We ordered the filet topped with lobster, the ribeye, and appetizers… We tried the calamari- it was sliced calamari steaks so a different but delicious way to enjoy it. The filet was ridiculously tender- like slicing through butter. The lobster was unforgettable. It had a wonderful buttery infused flavor in it that I’ve never savored before (and i lived in Boston). The overall experience was fine. I understand it was a home game weekend and they get busy. What drives me crazy is when you do not mention on your website or anywhere that you are going to have a limited menu. They took some of the best off. Steak was really good. The apps were not. Unfortunately, the stuffed mushrooms taste mostly like pizza and the tuna was extremely mushy and wasn’t eaten but the sever never asked why. Would not recommend on a busy weekend or special holiday.
