White Wines on Tap
From our wine preservation systems, these wines are guaranteed fresh every time. Each wine can be enjoyed as a 5oz full glass, a 3oz half-glass, or a 1oz taster
The Prum Kabinett leads with scents of mint-tinged cassis and Golden Delicious apple...leading into a satisfyingly sustained albeit rounded-off, delicate and soothing finish
Shows copious quantities of melons, a touch of honeysuckle, crisp, fresh acid and a touch of wet-rock minerality. It is floral, medium-bodied and loaded with fruit, all good characteristics
Shows gorgeous focus in its bright fruit to match a sensual, caressing personality. The finish is all harmony and class
Fresh, fragrant, apple, melon and pear aromas with a hint of oak spice. Rich and mouthfilling on the palate, its smooth, beautifully balanced, yellow apple, nectarine and honeydew melon flavors segue into a long, succulent finish enhanced by refreshing mineral and spicy oak tones
Red Wines on Tap
From our wine preservation systems, these wines are guaranteed fresh every time. Each wine can be enjoyed as a 5oz full glass, a 3oz half-glass, or a 1oz taster
This fresh red is inviting and invigorating for its juicy black currant, plum and white pepper flavors, playing with zest against polished tannins and lively acidity
This wine's aromatic profile is attractive, showing a forward edge of warm brown spices, like cardamom and cinnamon, along with subtle, rich oak. As the wine opens, boysenberry and abundant red fruits - currants, plums and raspberries - reveal themselves. Scents of violets and jasmine create lovely accents and complexity
"The dark ruby/plum-tinged Merlot reveals a smokier, earthier nose displaying hints of Chinese black tea, vanilla, roasted coffee beans, sweet cherry and plum-like fruit, and a plush, lush finish." Wine Advocate
"This dense, full-bodied, opulent red reveals gutsy, rich, peppery, meaty, blackberry, blackcurrant and licorice notes. A savory, lusty, heady red, it begs for a grilled steak" - Robert Parker
Full-bodied with a savory, expansive texture, stunning purity, and sweet tannin
Built around creamy mocha, cedary oak and dill flavors, with dried currant, sage and underbrush notes. Full-bodied and balanced, this smoothes out on the finish, where it gains a black licorice and mineral edge
"This supple-textured red shows ripe plum, cherry and currant notes that are open-knit and easy-drinking. Complex, if on a modest scale, ending with an elegant spice, cedar and light mineral edge." – Wine Spectator
This beautiful Left-Bank Bordeaux is lush offering tremendous amounts of black currant, ripe cherry, and flecks of dark chocolate. The refined tannins and light acidity compliment each other and lead to a velvety finish

Pinot Noir
There is an implicit purity in Pinot Noir that can't be found among most grape varieties. While sturdier reds like Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon can be manipulated through a variety of winemaking techniques, Pinot Noir, quite simply put, is what it is – a challenging grape to cultivate that, when under the watch of talented viticulturists and winemakers, delivers wines of unmatched brilliance. Pinot Noir expresses the subtle nuances of particular growing regions more profoundly than any of the other red varieties. Wines from Carneros display spice and red cherry, while lighter wines from the Russian River Valley generally exhibit black cherry and raspberry. Wines from the Central Coast generally exhibit the most power and intensity, displaying bright herbal notes and spice

Service was perfect. Our server anticipated what we needed and was very professional. We were never rushed. The crab cakes were delicious. Dinner salads were good. There were four of us. The ribeye was prepared perfectly and served piping hot while the other three steaks were prepared properly but barely warm.
Brunch was awesome! Food and Service both were great! Would recommend.
Best Ribeye. The southwest potatoes and cream corn were wonderful!
Las Brisas was recommended to us while visiting our daughter at Tech from Fort Worth. Very good food and service! Very loud, large party in bar area was disruptive to diners, but we would come back to visit!
Outstanding service and great food!!!
You were filming a commercial and the actor was very loud and was very distracting.
My son’s birthday for dinner and food was great. Blackened salmon, filet, and regular salmon. Great waiter!
Waiter kept telling the bread will right out but it finally came when the dinner was served
Food was poor and clearly pre made
Las Brisas was a great place for my wife and I date night! Food was outstanding, server was very knowledgeable about the menus and we’ll definitely be going back.
We had great service and was attended by two waiters.
The food and service was spectacular, if only one issue is that they sat us by the door and it was cold, other than that it was amazing service and will definitely be back soon. Thank you for all the wonderful service that was provided.
Everything was good but it has to be the worst steak I've ever had.
Great food. Comfortable atmosphere. Wait staff is fantastic.
We dined for Valentine’s dinner. Great food and service.
Great atmosphere, excellent service and amazing food!
Excellent experience! The food, service & atmosphere are second to none! Great for date night or special occasions!
Amazing ambience. Great service. Food was amazing, they had A5 Kobe as a specialty, and it was worth it. Truffled mashed potatoes were amazing as was the New York style cheesecake for dessert. Not a regular date night spot, but for sure a special occasion spot.
Its a bit pricy but best steak around. Definitely going back.
Went for Valentine’s date night and it wasn’t the best for price.
Salmon was smothered in way too much sauce over soggy greens and came with no sides. It appeared undercooked, too as it came out not as hot as my boyfriends steak which was sizzling. Steak was fantastic though!
Can’t tell if it’s supposed to be a romantic/date night atmosphere or more family dining setting... I saw many families with children and casually dressed people so I guess it’s either or? I sort of felt over-dressed.
Overall, I wish I would have made my own meal at home for half the cost. Just be sure to order steak as salmon is not their speciality.
Service and food were excellent. Definitely recommend.
-Perfect asparagus. Perfect steak. Great attention from waiter.
We were celebrating Valentine's Day with friends. It was a very nice time. We look forward to our next v
