Beautiful view of the ocean. Food was excellent. I highly recommend the filet and eggs. Our server Rudy was amazing. Highly recommend this restaurant.
Servers and staff were great. Facility clean and neat. No waiting. Valet friendly and timely. Then a nice walk along greenbelt after.
Always incredible. A must visit when in Laguna.
Brunch was absolutely delicious! Service was fantastic!
Las Brisas is located on the cliffs of Laguna and is a beautiful setting for any meal. My only knock is I felt brunch was a little pricey at $45 a person. Otherwise an amazing morning.
We made reservations for a Sunday brunch. We were seated right away and greeted. Water and champagne were poured quickly. But then we waited for 45 min just to get the first course of which cost us an additional 10 each. The main course came another hour later. The order was wrong and one meal had to be remade. The food was okay. Presentation and serving size only fair. We spent 75 per person so we expected more.
They were very accommodating and gave us a wonderful table with a great view!
Phenomenal! No complaints!!
We attended brunch on Sunday. Outside seating was very nice. The service was great. We went around 10 am and was able to be seated immediately. Parking in Laguna is always a bit of a headache but we put the meters at 2 hours and it was plenty of time. The food was amazing and it was a friend's birthday and they brought a flan with a candle. very nice!
I only come to Laguna Beach once a year from San Diego and always enjoy the Sunday Brunch at Las Brisas. The service is always gracious, ambience stunning, and food excellent. I was, however, disppointed in some of the changes to the menu and the increase in price, given that all drinks are now extra (since I usually have just one mimosa). I particularly miss the Mexican pastries and the seafood salad option for the entrees. All the entree choices seemed rather heavy, and taking away a doggie bag of a great portion of the entree was a must. I know things must change and be updated, but overall I was disappointed in the changes and may have to reconsider my annual tradition.
Excellent spot, amazing views, brilliant food, and great service!
Great service provided by Ricardo, will definitely return
I love this restaurant! It will always be my favorite! The food, the ambiance the view...you can't beat it!
It may have been very expensive, but in reality it was one of the best meals my family and I have ever had for my birthday. The fish was just outstanding. Super fresh, flavorful, creative and just plain good! I also wish that for the cost they give you a bit more. Other then that, it was terrific and can't wait for another celebration to go back.
This place is definitely overpriced for the food they serve. The dishes were bland.
Took mom here for her birthday. Food was delicious and can’t beat the view!
Our server was great! Nice atmosphere outside during brunch. But food was ok. Starter was great (chicken pozole) but the main course was a little disappointing because food was cold. And not that tasty. They had a great New York Sour drink!
Food was exquisite. Very fresh and everything was perfect. Staff was excellent. Highly recommend Las Brisas. Will definitely return.
Food was cold , very small portions and not of high quality
Las Brisas has always been consistently good for us. We make it a destination every time we are in Laguna Beach. The location is great and the food is always good. The service is typically very good as well. Reception can be hit or miss and you don't go to Las Brisas for the value...
For us, it's worth the trip.
Always a favorite for a special occasion! Food is great. Would highly recommend to anyone !
Solid food, fantastic atmosphere, attentive service.
Poor service. Very expensive. Waitress poorly communicated and continually tried to get us to spend more money. Repeatedly brought items we did not order and charged us for them. We will not return. This place used to be really good but has gone down hill.
Perfect lunch spot. Food is very good, great service and nice set up outside.
I recommend this place if you are looking to dine in a place with a beautiful view. The food was also excellent...tried the ceviche and it was some of the best I've tried. I took a walk on the beach after lunch since it was only a couple of feet away.
You couldn't ask for a better view overlooking the ocean. We drove down from mask-ridden Long Beach and was pleasantly surprised to be able to eat inside.
we love this place and yesterday was wonderful
I only wish the lobster wasn't so difficult to workwith
Service was poor and was not impressed with the food. Will not be going back for the weekend brunch.
We have been going to Las Brisas for over 30 years. So very many celebrations were had there. Sunday was a sad experience. I couldn’t eat my hamburger. My spouses meal was cold. The other couples food was disgusting. The service was horrible. I don’t think we will ever go there again until the restaurant fully opens.
They have made dining out enjoyable even during COVID-19.
I took some friends for their anniversary and came away very disappointed in the service as we ordered drinks at least 3 times and it still took over 30 minutes to get to our table. and our server Javier should have been more responsible with the service.
If you are going to a restaurant where you will pay over $400 for a dinner you at least expect a good service.
Our view last evening at Las Brisas. Celebrating our 19th wedding anniversary. Manager Zack and staff Rana and Erin took great care of us.
Appetizers, entrees and dessert were incredible.
One of the best all round meals and drinks I have had in quite a while. Started with corn mousse tostada, kale salad, halibut Veracruz, and crab and shrimp rellenos. Finished flan. Cocktails and wine. Everything was excellent. The tostada and salad were our favorites. Both the entrees were exceptional also. And of course one of the best dinning ocean views in the country. Highly recommend.
We love las brisas and we are never disappointed. As always the food was exceptional as was the staff, ambiance and view. It was quite expensive but since it was a birthday lunch, we went for it and don't regret it!
Great location and view. Horrible, horrible food, especially given the $45 per person for weekend brunch. If you are comfortable paying for the view only, then it is great.
Great ambiance and wonderful service by Martin our waiter. Always enjoy a great celebration overlooking the ocean!
We were greeted and asked if we were there for brunch or regular menu and when we didn’t know what we wanted we had to make a decision because that determined wet patio they were going to seat us at. With Covid they asked us to scan the QR code to view the menu and then make a decision. Once we decided to do the $45 brunch with a four course fix menu and initial $15 for bottomless mimosas we were seated on a beautiful outdoor patio overlooking the ocean with the best service we could ask for from Dante and his best friend from childhood who works there with him.
Great food and excellent service. We chose to sit inside and felt completely safe. We were able to enjoy the beautiful view. Our meals were incredible and we actually had to bring our desserts home. Portions are large and quality is top notch. We had French toast, heuvos rancheros and lobster Benedict. We wouldn’t change a thing.
i surprised my husband for a dinner there- it was 8 pm and we sat under the tent so really no view there even though no other tables were blocking us.
we ordered chips and salsa and guacamole ( expensive)
then we ordered calamari ( it was $14 and it was a small tostada for 1 person so we returned it).
the food menu is short and 1 page , VERY EXPENSIVE! ( compared to fancy places with a view and actually good food)...
we both ordered the steak+ lobster enchiladas , there was no flavor - we had to order french fries and ketchup to at least eat something!
our bill was almost $100 for chips and guac , 2 enchiladas + soda ...
never again... not worth it
Food was okay, the view was gorgeous. Our waitress was very rude, with a mistake that she made, when it was for the birthday girl dinner. She messed up what she wrote down and tried to argue about it.
