The restaurant and location is beautiful. The menu and food was just average, expensive and overpriced. The service was okay.
I have dined here 3 times and each time the food has always just been average, nothing to rave about.
I recommend dining at the patio instead. You are paying for the ocean view when you dine here.

Wonderful view of Laguna Beach, and of course great food! A bit on the pricey side for weekend breakfast, as there was no ala cart option to order from, everything was prefix menu (think it was $45/pp, drinks not included). I think ala cart menu is available on weekdays.

Price aside, we were just happy as a clam just to be able to dine in this awesome restaurant agiain after a long period of lockdown. They are doing every other table to comply with social distancing recommendation, so they are hurting as a business as many others. But the quality of food and ambience has never changed from their previous excellent quality. I highly recommend this beautiful venue to anyone.

It was the first day open, social distancing was in place. Our waiter was excellent, the food was excellent. The pricing was on the high side. Since there were very few people in the restaurant, and they did not have all of their food supplies in place yet the menu is very limited it was still excellent. We will definitely be coming back and I would recommend it to anybody

Las Brisas was the epitome of service and fellowship. They met with adequate social distancing guidelines and yet still presented with the level of service for which this restaurant is known. We had a wonderful time, as always, and loved the engagement with our waiter, manager, and the reservation staff. It was an excellent way to start off the partial relaxation of the quarantine.

The Restauaraunt has a beautiful view. The salsa and chips was excellent, and we had the lobster for two with black beans and rice. It is a different menu and it was a small selection so just look at the menu ahead of time. But great atmosphere and food.

Our 1st reserv was for 3/10. I received a call cancelling because of a private party. I had planned our dinner to celebrate our anniv. I was assured if we came again {which we did a party of 9}
On 3/13, Las Brisas would make it a special event.
Nothing special was forthcoming

I must say the view is beautiful .... the food choices are just not great. The idea that a Ribeye (for 2) is 158 bucks is crazy. Also they ask if you valet... you think they might comp it... wrong they add it to your bill which then means you pay more tax and more tip. That was super shady.... I might go for happy hour there but never dinner. The food choices are just not great. If I want a great meal that costs alot... pick Mastros.

Overpriced for small portions and average food. $36 for four prawns on a bed of rice. Left hungry after dropping $135 on dinner for two. We won't be back

The food was excellent but the prices are ridiculously high and we were rushed through as though it was a fast food restaurant.
We won’t be returning.

We were out of state visitors and wanted a Cali experience. Las Brisas did not disappoint. The view alone was enough but our experience was fantastic due to the hospitality of our waiter Matt and the special attention from the Chefs Jon and Chris. I will recommend Las Brisas to everyone when I speak about my CA experience.

It had been several years since I had been to Las Brisas and I was excited to go back, but was sadly disappointed. Showed up on a Saturday night and was seated at a table towards the back room. The table was wobblily, which was foreshadowing on how the rest of the evening would turn out. We ordered a Cadillac Margarita and another one that I cannot remember what it was called, but it wasn't worth remembering. Both drinks very bland, especially the Cadillac. For $16 and $18, you would think they would be good or at least come in a nice glass. I thought maybe the Cadillac was a fluke, so I ordered a second Margarita, but that one was also bland. It tasted like their sweet and sour came out of the bar gun and it had run out of juice. The highlight of the evening was the Shrimp Cocktail Appetizer. It was good, not great, but the presentation was beautiful. After our first round of margaritas and appetizer, I actually booked reservations at Maestros because I didn't want to stick around and order an entrée, but my husband was curious about the seafood. $200 later, we received two unimpressive entrees of Shrimp and Crab Chili Rellenos and Lobster and Carne enchiladas. The server was not attentive, but not terrible either. Sadly to say, I won't be going back to Las Brisas. I'll stick to Javier's, Maestros, or even Avila's El Ranchito!

We were there for their $45.00 4 course prix fix only brunch. It seemed expensive, but for the amount of delicious food, it was well worth it. We added the $15.00 unlimited Bloody Mary, also delicious.
