    Too Small of a selection on menu. Poor service. Had to wait forever for refills. Way too expensive. Food was good but not great.

    Food is simply uninspired and boring fare. Food was under seasoned, all of it. From kids mac n cheese to Scallops to carrots. Very boring dinner fare that was regretted halfway through.

    Food was terrible. Had to send back my chicken that tasted like it was cooked with fish. Kids food was bar style/tasting food that was not worth the price. Spent $150 to leave the restaurant starving and having to buy dinner somewhere else . I would definitely not recommend anyone eat at either restaurants inside the Hyatt and to spend your money somewhere else.

    The food was average. It wasn’t seasoned well. If the meals were 15 dollars I’d say it was good but for the price I wouldn’t recommend

    Tried calling to make slight changes to my open table reservation but no one ever answered. Arrived and waited a solid 5min for the server to acknowledge me and my family. When she finally acknowledged me after I greyed her, she said she go and get a hostess. The hostess arrived and was very friendly. We were sat outside and give menus. We were waiting for 15+ min. When another patron asked if we had been waited on yet. We told her no. She shared her table had been waiting awhile as well. She went to look for someone to help all the patrons sitting outside. Our server arrived and she apologised for the wait and took our drink and food order. It was a great night because our server was professional and pleasant and apologetic for the initial wait. Perhaps, Lantana will better ensure there are enough staff to handle their guests in the future.

    We tried this spot because of Restaurant Week. We don't have to go back. It's not their fault there were lots of kids and a screaming baby. The food was just ok. Best thing on the restaurant week menu were some delicious mushrooms as an appetizer. The espresso cup desert was pretty tasty. The seafood pasta fine. My husband's steak was shoe leather. The waiter was pleasant when he was around but very inattentive.

    Went there for restaurant week. Nice ambience in the Hyatt Regency Resort. Excellent, attentive and friendly service. Had the herb roasted wild mushrooms for the first course, followed by a delicious salad, 12 oz. Medium rare rib eye steak in a port demi glaze, and crème brûlée for dessert. The steak was cooked to perfection and was very delicious. Taking the first bite was like being in heaven. Loved the port demi glaze. Crème brûlée was excellent. I was actually tempted to go back again the next night but wanted to try out other places. High recommended. By the way, loved the bread too!

    Went for restaurant week. Ordered the ribeye steak. It was tough and chewy. Sent it back. Mushroom appetizer was just ok and the burrata salad was tasteless. Dessert was very good and the wine too. We were very disappointed and will never go back.

    We went to Lantana for the first time as part of Restaurant Week. The menu was $49 for an appetizer, salad, entree and desert. A real value. The food was excellent as well as the service. Ambiance was rated low because there were several families with very loud kids in the restaurant. The hostess seated us away from the noise but it was still disruptive.

    The food wasn’t the greatest. The service took for ever to give us refills, my man asked for more butter/garlic topping for his steak and she brought it out cold and hard. Didn’t think of warming it up. The steak tasted a little burnt when we asked for medium rare steak. Not the experience we expected on our vacation.

    We are locals and wanted to try this place because the menu looked interesting. We were shocked at how good the service was. Miguel asked where we were from and we told him here, he was surprised. The food was great, but the service was AMAZING! We will be back again and again. One negative-They should validate parking for dinner.

    Service was super and food good. Little pricey, even for a a Hyatt , but was really good. I had the lamb, which was really good. We ordered a side of carrots, again very good, but at $12 a little pricey.

    The French onion soup was the star, and the seafood tagliatelle was great as well. Not entirely memorable, but very good just the same.

    This was a birthday celebration--I was seated at 6:30pm,it took over 4 hours to get all our food. Could not tell if the kitchen was completely slammed with the amount of people staying at the hotel The server could not be nicer but I constantly had to ask about clearing the table or if our food was ready. Even the birthday desert was delayed. The steak was overcooked, the ignocchi was dry and over salted and you all heard our experience and credited our meal which I very much appreciated. We want to come back---the hotel was great overall and it was so easy to come to you downstairs. Thank you!

    Sat near the entrance and the table was cold due to the outside air blowing every time the door opened . Was noisy and hard to hear our conversations due to the lobby bar band playing loud.

    The bleakest holiday brunch we’ve ever had. Quite disappointed. The only thing that resembled a high end resort was the price. Not recommended.

    Two of your employees made our whole experience what it was. Big shout out to Miguel and Johnny. They were both outstanding!! An attribute to the restaurant and hotel!!! We came back 3 times because of them!! You are very lucky to have them!! We will be back!

    My husband and I had dinner on 7/27/19 and it was absolutely fabulous. The Sea bass was perfection and my Filet Mignon was outstanding. Our waitress Megan was on top of every course and was a delight. We will be back for sure!!

    Cheap, ill prepared, bland and insulting to the palate. Pizza tasted like we would imagine drywall or cardboard, polenta flavorless. The bread was not rendered well with balance of yeast dough and water/salt. Breakfast was equally disappointing but we won’t address. We will return to the hotel but not this restaurant.

    This place has okay food and the view is nice. Can be very crowded on holidays so watch out! I loved the latte I had while sitting out on the patio.

    Great restaurant. I was very pleased. Simple, healthier menu. Great atmosphere and view sitting outside. Wonderful salads, great preparation on the Sea Bass and Salmon. The bacon wrapped dates were so good. Friendly staff and servers. 👍🏾

    Had a very nice birthday meal at Lantana. The food and service were very good. I will return. I’m vegan and was looking forward to the vegan gnocchi and was disappointed that was removed from menu. However, I was served some mushroom and spinach ravioli without cheese. I enjoyed it and had a butter lettuce salad that I enjoyed.

    While we would recommend FULLY the spa and hotel, I am assuming this review is only associated with LANTANA. While the ambiance was good the food was nothing special and somewhat over priced for the quality. We were anticipating much finer dining as well as more complex flavors in the food based on the description on the menu. Service was sub-par, the waiter seemed pre-occupied and nervous the entire time. We were also only offered a water refill once, towards the end of the meal despite having an empty glass. Our desert and a single glass of wine took 15+ minutes (crème brulee and a bowl of ice cream do not take prep or cooking time). The wine was delayed due to them needing to change their nitrogen cartridge for their wine dispenser but that was not communicated until we flagged down a different waiter (since we couldn't find ours) to ask what was taking so long. The desert and wine (wine was a $20 glass) were not discounted or comp'd despite the manager coming over to apologize for the wait. Overall- there are better places to eat in Indian Wells (even the Vue Golf Resort restaurant on the Hyatt property) would be a better recommendation than Lantana. Unfortunately, disappointed in the fact that we chose this location as our final date night meal. I would also state that their menu was rather limited (surprisingly so).

    We have eaten here 3 times and tried 3 different deserts. One was OK but the rest was not good. The chicken soup is very good and so is the sea bass for a fish entree and the pasta with lobster and shrimp. The lobster part consist of an insignificant amount of small pieces.

    We were at the Hyatt for a meeting and for dinner the first night we dined in at the Lanatana and were glad we did. This is a good venue inside of the resort and the staff took great café of us

    Service was very good, u had the feeling they were understaffed. The bread arrived before the bread plates, just small things. I was particularly impressed with the flavors they put together.
