Haxnbauer StoryDer Inbegriff eines Traditions-Wirtshauses. Kufflers haben den Haxnbauer 1980 von Franz Bauer (daher der Name, übrigens) übernommen und aus einer reinen Haxenbraterei ein Altmünchner Lokal entwickelt. Die Kalbs- und Schweinshaxen sind eine weltweite Berühmtheit: Erst ruhen sie 24 Stunden in der geheimen Haxnbauer-Marinade, dann grillen sie zu einer außen knusprigen, innen zarten Köstlichkeit. Las bebidas y las entradas estuvieron bien , pero pedimos un wagyu y no estaba muy bueno algo que si esperábamos por ser un restaurante que tiene fama por sus steaks
