Alex was an excellent waiter. Very knowledgeable and had great recommendations. Food was excellent. Bread was pretty good. Shrimp scampi was excellent. Chicken was very moist. The corn dish was as good as Alex’s recommendation. Will be back!!!

very very nice place, it was my birthday so i got a free desert. which was amazing, we did have a little bump where the bread came out still frozen in the middle but they fixed it immediately with no issues. food was good, i had the filet which i’ve had here in Lexington a couple times so i know it’s good. my boyfriend had the wagyu burger and he thought it was flavorful but you couldn’t pick it up cause of how soggy the bottom bun was. i will come back though without question the ambiance of the restaurant and the service were just fantastic. the drinks are also 10/10

Josh was a professional & friendly waiter. Our food was delicious in each respect ( from filet to sea bass as were the sides & desserts) as in every Capital Grille we have ever experienced in multiple cities. The cocktails were delicious & the only deficit was a lame Mojito which we brought to our waiter’s notice. The ambiance is this small Capital Grille was inspiring & beautiful. Quiet & clean & delicious food with an excellent waiter. Thank you, Louisville.

I have tried salmon croquettes all over the world and this salmon croquette was simply the best! John Varanese and his assistant came over personally to welcome us, The River view and blissful. We were warmed by the brick fire. I know it is improbable but I would have partaken in a S’mores and brandy cart to heat over the fire?

The meal was delicious. I would go just for the Caesar salad. Service was great! Will definitely return!!!!
