One of the best menus and possibly the best food in Fairfield county make it well worth some of the deficiencies such as being noisy and somewhat inattentive service. I will go back many times.

What a wonderful dining experience we had at Prime in Stamford on Saturday! The staff was so attentive, food incredible, views of the harbor were stunning. Can’t wait to go back!

Excellent service! Our waiter even found Crème de Violette to make an Aviation, even when it wasn’t a listed cocktail! Appetizers were stellar. We had the tuna tartare, which sat atop mashed avocado with olive oil, black sesame seeds, and homemade chips. We then shared a burrata salad with kale, greens, roasted tomatoes, and fresh a fresh champagne like vinaigrette. Our waiter was multi talented. He not only made the Aviation cocktail, but a lovely after dinner coffee with cinnamon and almond milk. Francisco is an asset! Very friendly, knowledgeable, and fun. We had a great date night outdoors on the water. Thank you!

The service was exemplary, and the food was not only seasoned to perfection but also presented beautifully. I particularly noted how the staff efficiently cleared the table and cleaned up after each course, which added to the overall pleasant experience. However, I would like to offer a small suggestion for improvement. The cleaning product used in the restaurant had a strong scent that was somewhat noticeable. While it did not detract significantly from the meal, a fragrance-free or less aromatic cleaning product might enhance the dining atmosphere even further.
