I've been going to Lebanese Taverna in its various incarnations for decades. It is, I suppose, a reflection of the times more than the restaurant: a mocktail for her, a beer for me, one appetizer, and an entree for each of us (not the most expensive ones) pushed the bill before tip over a hundred dollars. Both were cooked well, presented well, and included a large side of rice and salad. The wait staff kept the water glasses full and were attentive without being overly attentive. However, the appetizer did not come until after the main dishes. The purpose of the 20% service charge was unclear, so we were unsure whether and what to tip.
