"This was my second time to Grove. My husband and I went to have dinner to celebrate our anniversary. We love the atmosphere and service. The food was good: my husband loved the monkfish. I had the burger with a bacon jam. It was very good but a bit overcooked. I had ordered medium and it was really borderline well done. The fries were excellent as were the fried pickles. My first time to Grove I met with co-workers for drinks and snacks. We sat outside and it was wonderful!"See more

"Nice setting on harbor marsh, and surprisingly good food for a menu with WAY too many choices (no way they can do that many things well). But bread and salads were good. Server was terrific, but bartender was a dud (zero personality) and hostess who met us was a 20-something airhead again with zero personality or interest in her job or the customers. Overall, surprisingly good experience for a creekside seafood joint. upgrade the hostess/bar staff and it'll be 5 stars for what it is."See more

"Fantastic. What a surprise to find this gem at the train station in Newburyport. Tacos excellent, corn unbelievable. (We ordered one to go.) Very slow night so quiet and pleasant; suspect a good vibe when the place is filled up. Drinks a little pricey but food super reasonable. We'll definitely return!"See more
