The food was amazing. The only issue we had was that we were very close to the couple sitting next to us, we were almost dining with them. Everything else was excellent. I also received a birthday card.

We had an amazing dinner here as a table of 4, every dish was amazing and I even brought dessert home with me because I couldn’t miss out and it did not disappoint!! Staff were fantastic and the pub/garden are beautiful

As always, the food was superb. And, as is sometimes the case, the service, while extremely friendly, polite and helpful, was rather slow

A great pub with lots of character. Brilliant service. Our food choices were all wonderful food (Cheeseburger, The Earl of Sandwich (Sandwich) and liver and bacon). Excellent value.

The food was really tasty and nicely presented without being fussy. Portion sizes were just right, not too much and not too little, enough to feel replete after three courses. All the staff were helpful and attentive without being overbearing.
