There will also be a big focus on local BC-grown ingredients. We have enjoyed Zarak several times, it is absolutely outstanding. We had a beautiful evening last night, our server from Mumbai was spectacular, so gentle and funny and a true professional, and the food was all perfection! Thank you!!
