Our 1868, National Register structure has been completely transformed; warm and romantic, perfect for quiet dinners and heartfelt conversation while savoring fresh, thoughtfully prepared dishes in a setting that feels both intimate and special. We offer fresh food focused on local sourcing and home-made recipees. Much of our beef is raised in Holgate, OH and processed locally. The cheese on our boards is made from local, whole milk in Hicksville, OH. We use 100% California olive oil in our oil based dressings - it is NOT cut with canola/soy/vegetable oils. Our flatbreads come in at less than 30 carbs each. We are known for our cocktails, particularly our Old Fashioneds and our Seasonal Speicialty Drinks.

    We have been going to Hideout 125 as it is one of our favorite restaurants for years now. This was our first experience at the new location. Our booth was located in the bar area, but back behind the bar so it wasn't appealing to just see the back of the bar and all the bottles, etc. The temperature was uncomfortably warm. We heard other patrons complaining as well. By the time our dinner arrived, we had gotten too warm. We took a few bites then asked our waitress to box the rest to go. Although the new building was aesthetically nice, we prefer the old Hideout better.

    Atmosphere was subdued and elegant. Music was at a nice level. Server was excellent and very friendly. Our experience was fantastic. Food was served quickly and correctly. Food was hot and delicious. Overall an excellent experience. We will continue to to eat at Baker Street. Great job!

    Business meal occasion with a great end of week meal selection. Based in Denver, CO, and after many days on the road, the Sweetwater Chophouse continues to deliver on a delicious menu. The braised short rib was a delight for my colleague and the Maple Leaf Farms duck was absolutely a treat for myself. Good to know having great food being far away from home! Thank you! Highly recommended for any and all newcomers, the Chophouse will not disappoint.
