We had a phenomenal experience at Plank Provisions! We dined on a Saturday at 5pm, so the restaurant was fairly quiet. First impression - this restaurant is beautiful! We loved the coastal feel, the big windows letting in the light, the gorgeous bar...I could go on. Our server, Katie, was a delight. She was so knowledgeable about the menu and answered all our questions dutifully throughout our meal. It was coastal hour - seriously, more spots need to have weekend happy hours, just saying - so we ordered primarily from that menu: six chef's choice oysters, beignet hush puppies, shrimp toast, and the Baja fish tacos. My husband ordered fish and chips from the main menu. Everything was SO GOOD. I don't always like oysters, but these were perfectly salty and delicious, and not too slimy or chewy. The house made hot sauce was a great addition. The hush puppies were crispy on the outside, fluffy on the inside, and full of flavor. The jam that was served alongside them was the ideal sidekick. The shrimp toast was incredible! We'd never had it before and were blown away. Both the tacos and the fish and chips are made with cod. It was so fresh, insanely crispy, and so perfectly fried. Each came with a different style of delicious french fry, and different types of slaw - both of which were so fresh and tasty. And the freshly made tortillas tied the tacos together so nicely! Overall, an amazing meal. The coastal hour prices really helped keep it at a very agreeable price. A divine seafood experience right here in Fort Worth.

We always love our time at Fixe! A must is to have a cocktail in the bar during happy hour. They have a fabulous allocated Bourbon selection. Food is always wonderful and plentiful!

Friends visiting from NYC loved the restaurant and food. A great night.

My wife and I will definitely be back. The food was delicious and our waiter, Damian, was very professional, friendly and gave us excellent advice on our choice of dishes.

Our food and drinks were perfect and plentiful, and our server, Carla, was absolutely delightful - personable, knowledgeable, friendly and very service oriented. Great experience overall!
