Thank you to the Sugar Mill team, especially Ms. Shereen, for such a loving welcome for my grandmother as we celebrated her 100th birthday. My family will always remember the extraordinary, professional, and joyful reception of your whole staff who worked together to make this dinner memorable. Thank you so much, team. The food, the presentation, the singing and dancing were all so special. Thank you so much for having the chef, restaurant manager and staff come greet her; she felt like a star. The coffee rubbed pork was great... a proper serving too. The waiters & waitresses were very friendly. The cutlery and plates looked clean and the hotel's vibe & decor is inviting and exquisite.

The customer service was above and beyond. The staff and guests were like family. The food was good but the drink was even better. It was also my first time trying banana flavored ice cream, and that was delicious. I recommend as I would visit again
