Two bests of my life: incredibly fresh ceviche and coconut ice cream, with every part of the meal being superb in between. Lovely waiter, Stephanie added immensely to the dining experience, under the beautiful swaying palm trees. A great night!

Ate there for dinner and the service was good. Our waiter was very attentive. The Beef Carpaccio was super delicious, Ahi Tuna was good and the Passions Ceviche was okay. Bourbon Steak and Filet Mignon was delicious and the Surf & Turf was good as well! There was also live entertainment which created a great ambiance.

The waitress was excellent. She had a great personality and gave us prompt service. The food was delicious and hot and the servings were large. The view of the golf course at sunset was beautiful.

We have been dining at the Chophouse at Machebo in Aruba every year since our honeymoon, and it just keeps getting better! This place is an absolute gem, serving the most mouthwatering steaks and chops we’ve ever tasted, perfectly cooked, juicy, and bursting with flavor. The fish is always fresh and beautifully prepared, but the star of the show is their special tomahawk pork chop, a unique dish that’s an absolute must-try. The drink menu is fantastic, and the bartenders are pure magicians, whipping up incredible off-menu cocktails that never fail to impress. But what truly made our latest visit unforgettable was our waiter, Harold. His warmth and expertise elevated the evening, and when he surprised us with a tableside bananas foster, prepared with such flair and decadence, it was a moment we’ll cherish forever. The Chophouse at Machebo isn’t just a restaurant; it’s a tradition that makes every trip to Aruba feel like a celebration. The ambiance, the food, the drinks, and the exceptional service (thank you, Harold!) make this place an absolute 10/10. We’re already counting down the days until our next visit!
