Second visit. Again, a beautiful salad presentation with dressing on the bottom to provide a good visual. Had the fried chicken dinner, and the chicken was cooked perfectly with a delicious, light fried coating that complimented rather than overpowered the bird. Came with 2 jalapeño small muffins. Very good pairing.

For a fine dining experience Bistro 11 meets expectations. The rack of lamb we had was a little over done for medium rare, but all in all the food is excellent. Particularly enjoyed the oyster stew, which is indicative of the exceptional menu.

We had a fabulous lunch at the Tasting Room for our daughter's birthday! The wine was excellent and the food was fantastic as always. The boys had steak salads, our daughter had the lamb burger, and I had the scallops. All amazing. We topped it off with yummy deserts, the best of which was the semifreddo with coconut, a peach and caramel - best dessert ever. Our waiter made sure our daughter's candles were in the dessert and wished her a happy birthday! We topped it off with cappuccinos and dark martinis! The Tasting Room is so solid in service, ambience, wine, food, cocktails, and desserts. A must if you are in downtown Frederick!

The beer was good and cold. The pizzas were very good. Everything we've had has been excellent and it's our go to anytime my wife and I go out for dates.

We've tried several different things here on our few visits (several apps, steak, risotto, sandwich). All were delicious!!!
