Wonderful Mediterranean fare at Bold tonight. Had the Morocco Chicken and it was fabulous! Meze plate for apps is very good!

Our experience at the Blue River Bistro was excellent. The food was exquisite, and when it was brought to the table it was hot! I think many restaurants don’t present food when it’s really hot. The focaccia bread was a blend of flavors that was outstanding. The preparation, presentation, and blend of flavors on the entrees were unique and wonderful. The servers were very attentive. Lovely experience!

Surpassed expectations! Service was incredible, attentive but not rushed. Food was fabulous! Highly recommend their cocktails! Bang for the buck! Especially happy hour. Don’t leave without ordering biscuits! YUM.

My partner decided to wait out holiday traffic and took the opportunity to try Aurum, which had been on our list since they opened in Steamboat. We didn't realize they have an amazing happy hour 4-6, so that was a happy surprise. We ordered from the happy hour menu, sharing a wedge salad, Korean chicken and the burger with fries. The wedge salad was the best bleu cheese dressing I've ever had and the burger and fries were both very good and filling. The Korean fried chicken pieces could've been a little crisper and spicier, but were delicious nonetheless--we ate every bite of all of the dishes. I also had a delicious shrub cocktail w/bourbon and a class of Sangiovese. We didn't have room for dessert, but did have a couple amari that were delicious. We've already picked what we want to try from the rest of the menu when we return.

My husband and I signed up for the wine blending class and what a blast! We thought it would be a fun thing to do on vacation, but had no idea what a wonderful experience it would be! Under the supervision of Susan, this experience was one of the highlights of our Breckenridge vacations! Let me start with mention of the incredible spread Susan set out. When we walked into the adorable wine shop and were directed towards the class - it felt like we were entering into a sophisticated chemistry experiment. We shared our experience with another group who were in town to celebrate a birthday. We had such a wonderful shared experience and were impressed with how Susan managed her time with each participant, helping each of us to understand the blending process and guide us toward a tasty result! Would definitely recommend this blending session and would sign up again when we return to Breckenridge.
