We were celebrating an anniversary and the team at Le George went out of their way to help us celebrate, especially our lovely server Alexander. We were seated in the best seat in the house at the back corner of the terrace which reminded me of being in an actual Italian Piazza. we chose the tasting menu and they gave us a full 3 hours to enjoy it. They thought of special details like an additional dessert of vanille icecream in a chocolate cup with a candle and a chocolate plaque wishing us Happy annaiversary. The sommelier recommended a wonderful Northern Italian white wine that went well with each course. The food was excellent and went from subltle flavors in the crudo starters to intense flavors in the desserts. The Pistachio Semi freddo was incredible. The Gazpacho with Fresh Buffalo Ricotta was a stand out as well as the Candied Tart Tartine. I especaiily appreciated the Saffron Arancini with the Tuna Tartar. The Veal chop was cooked perfectly. My HUsband really enjoyed the Sea Bass and loved the subtle touch of truffle flavoring. We were so blessed to be given a bottle of the Chef's specail Olive oil which we had admired. The beauty of the Hotel itself and the restaurant with all the Fresh Purple Flowers made this an encanting evening all together which we will never forget.

This restaurant was awesome. Be prepared for a long night should you opt for “the Experience”. Oh, and bring your wallet with you.

Excellent food and service. We were a group of 4 and tried many items on the a la carte menu - all of them were amazing. Our favorites were langoustines, foie gras, lobster and deserts. All the servers were extremely helpful and attentive to detail, they gave us good recommendations on the wine pairings to the dishes we ordered. Highly recommended, the experience is worth the money.

Staff are very efficient and welcoming. The setting is relaxing and great for a romantic dinner but they also can accomodate families etc the food is delicious whether you are vegan or not. I am hooked on these vegan sushi now! Please open more locations!

I booked this for my husbands 55th birthday celebration. The view of the Eiffel tower, the setting in general was outstanding. Our waiter was amazing and let us stay beyond our 2.5 hours. overall exactly what i wanted from the experience in Paris. We did the Diamond experience. highly recommend!
