Restaurants near Ulen State Wildlife Management Area

This is my favorite place to eat when I visit DL. The view of the lake is wonderful, as is the food and the service. I highly recommend!

We thoroughly enjoyed our meal at Maxwells. Our server Alana was well informed, attentive, respectful. and interesting to speak with. Her input on portion sizes was spot on. The food was very tasty and well prepared. The restaurant was clean, well appointed with eye catching art and not noisy. Maxwells is a good place to treat yourself to a delicious and memorable dinner.

They were a bit busier than they had anticipated, so the wait time was longer than we were used to when we have come here in the past. The servers worked their butts off, though and did the best they could under those circumstances. I certainly would not hold this against them.

Shannon was a lovely waitress! Food was excellent with lots of great options on the menu. Very great experience

Outstanding food and service, a little pricey compared to other restaurants in the area but worth it.
