Drawing fresh local produce from a community of local Hunter Valley producers and growers, as well as from the Hope family’s own Angus cattle farms in the lush green pastures of the Upper Hunter, the menu is a culinary experience of the region best shared with a loved one, or with family and friends around the table.Within view - or easy walking distance - is the kitchen garden where the kitchen and gardening teams tend to a growing section of edibles including herbs greens and native ingredients. Just across the way is a pasture home to the Hope’s own very local Angus cattle.

Dine surrounded by vineyards and Mediterranean-inspired architecture, just steps from where our estate-grown wines are made—perfectly paired with your meal.We reserve a number of tables daily for walk-ins, and online bookings close 30 minutes before service.
