Michelin-recommended since 2022.We first imagined Aloette to be the perfect diner that we’d want to dine in – a menu with a great cheeseburger paired with a fantastic and fun wine list, a long row of bar stools facing the bar and the kitchen, and an energetic atmosphere accented with an old school hip hop playlist. The buzz of the dining room mirrors the energy of the street on Spadina Avenue; the dining room itself mimics a train’s dining car. It’s a bistro-meets-diner-meets-internationally-inspired menu which is also representative of the diverse culture in Toronto. Our service team is upbeat and genuine but also deeply knowledgeable about the menu and offerings. Brunch at Aloette was something we said we’d never do. But the city kept asking and we’re glad to be a new staple in the Queen West neighbourhood for mimosas, chicken and waffles, and piping hot coffees.     Had another fantastic meal at Minami. I love the vibe of this restaurant and the staff is all very welcoming and professional. We had some our favourite dishes once again. Pork Gyoza and soft shell crab to start, both were tasty. Next we had some spicy salmon rolls and Negihama Maki, both of these were so fresh and delicious. We finished off with a few orders of the A5 Waygu Striploin with a lobster tail. Again everything we had was prepared perfectly. I also had a few of the Mizaki Margaritas and I really enjoyed them a lot. The bill said our server was Nicole but two different lovely women looked after us and they were both incredibly helpful and professional. I will keep coming back for the wonderful atmosphere, delicious food and amazing staff. Michael GIGL

    Needed a quick lunch at 230 on a Monday, and they delivered. Service, food quality and taste, menu options, and the speed we needed. I'm not typically a fast diner, but this was appreciated!

    KOST is one of my favourite brunch spots in the city, especially when the patio is open to enjoy the views. Today’s service was very good and the food was excellent. The eggs benedict with smoked salmon was delicious.
