    Only bad thing to say id that it was a bit to cold for us to sit outside but that was our choice. The food was absolutely delicious and fairly quick too. Our server Seth was extremely attentive and was very helpful. We went for an anniversary and we were given a FREE cannoli along with the chocolate cake we bought.

    I always enjoy going to the Monarch because of the beautiful scenery of the city and the people. We had a few people from out of town so this was one of our choice spots to go to. I did enjoy myself but our server did not seem as if she was happy at all (maybe a bad day) and the order of steak sliders were very fatty. not very happy about that but management did take the item off the bill so all was well. The only mishap of the evening all in all is a great place to hang out and take in the city,
