The menu offers freshly prepared local and international dishes with an emphasis on local seafood and produce. In keeping with their eco theme, Oualie promotes a "farm & sea to plate” philosophy. Deliveries of fresh fish are made right to the resort dock and the restaurant works with local farmers to supplement the menu with fresh fruit and vegetables.     What a beautiful spot. The ambiance and the view overlooking the water amazing. The staff and the service wonderful. We started with the flatbread the burrata was so fresh the best we have ever had. Red snapper as a main also great. Only negative was the duck suppose to be crispy but wasn’t would not suggest, but will return on our next visit to St Kitts - overall worth the trip for a beautiful dining experience.

    Wonderful evening at L’Escale last night. The ambience is truly spectacular and the food was excellent. Best bartender on the island! Very creative and delicious cocktails! Wait staff were friendly and attentive as well. So easy and quick to get over from St.Kitts on the ferry from Reggae Beach. Highly recommend and can’t wait to go back!

    Lovely service. Everything is priced quite high so be prepared. It’s not just Mango’s but the other restaurants here at the resort too.
