The Story of Josephine’sThe story of Josephine’s begins during our executive chef Daniel LeBoon’s childhood. At eight years old, working for his father’s catering company, Daniel discovered a passion for food. This love — and undeniable talent — saw him intern at Philadelphia’s prestigious Le Bec-Fin. He went on to work in Paris at the venerable Hotel Vernet working under the renowned chef’s Alain Solvere and Alain Ducasse. As always, the food and service was excellent. Edward was our server, and he delivered on all angles. Food was nicely present and yummy too. We try to visit The Log Cabin 2 -3 times a year. Many THANKS for giving us a lovely evening.

We always love coming to The Exchange! Celebrated my friends birthday and they even gave her a glass of champagne to celebrate. Service was a little slow, but that’s probably because they were busy. Food was amazing no matter what you order. Always a great time there!
