service was real good. drinks and wine the same. third time eating there and we have found the food to be very salty , too much so.I guess if we go back , we will need to ask server to indicate to chef that we want food less salted and hope we can be accommodated. One suggestion is to add a couple of nightly specials to add variety to the menu choices .

We always have a wonderful dining experience at the Chart House. They make you feel so special whether you’re celebrating an occasion or not. The food is stellar every time, as is the service. If you’ve never been, you must go! We have so very many dining choices in Sarasota, and some of them are really good; however, in my humble opinion Chart House is the best of the best. It’s not cheap, so if quick and inexpensive is your go to, this is not it. But it’s also a wonderful example of the fact that you don’t have to spend pretentious money to have a glorious, tasteful and enjoyable experience, with an amazing view as an added bonus.

A must stop when in the area and the restaurant always exceeds expectations. We have been coming to this location for over 35 years and are never disappointed. Spectacular food, drinks and service.

This establishment was recommended to us by some friends. As it was a special occasion (our 24th anniversary) we made our reservation but couldn't get anything earlier than 7:15 pm as it's so popular a place. Arrived a little early so sat at the bar and enjoyed chatting with our adjacent seatmates while partaking of a cocktail. For dinner, we asked for a nice, quiet, romantic table with a view which is exactly what we got... right by the water with a lovely breeze as a bonus. Dinner was absolutely perfect (we both had fish). Augusto, our waiter, provided attentive service without being overbearing. It wasn't an inexpensive meal but it was our anniversary after all. Perhaps lunch soon?

The food was excellent, I was surprised to see some new items. I spoke to the chef and he informed me he’s making a point of adding new items to the menu .Our meal was great.
