great aesthetic. The Caesar salad, grilled zucchini, and the rosemary focaccia were all delicious. The cocktail looked really yummy.

I rarely post restaurant reviews, but our anniversary dinner last night at Drakes far exceeded our expectations. The service was spot on and the ambience was perfect, but it was the food that really pushed this to an A+ dining experience. The highlight for me was the perfectly done thick pork chop, the best I’ve ever had. Also delicious, were the tomato basil soup, the pear and manchango cheese salad, and the mussels over cacio e pepe pasta. Can’t wait to return.

The best meal we have had in a very long time, and without a doubt, the best piece of fish I have ever eaten. I had the halibut but the short ribs were equally amazing.

Last night I went to Fern Bar in Sebastopol for a lovely girl dinner with Taylor and Lauren. The aesthetic was beautiful. It looked like a tastefully curated library with beautiful shelf decor. The vibes were immaculate for a girl dinner. The restaurant is all about local and seasonal fare, which is great considering there are so many good food and drink producers nearby.
