Drawing fresh local produce from a community of local Hunter Valley producers and growers, as well as from the Hope family’s own Angus cattle farms in the lush green pastures of the Upper Hunter, the menu is a culinary experience of the region best shared with a loved one, or with family and friends around the table.Within view - or easy walking distance - is the kitchen garden where the kitchen and gardening teams tend to a growing section of edibles including herbs greens and native ingredients. Just across the way is a pasture home to the Hope’s own very local Angus cattle.

    Our second visit to this wonderful restaurant in a short period and again it delivered. The food is excellent and great value for money and the service is great as well. If you're visiting the Hunter I would definitely recommend a visit here and don't be afraid of ordering pasta as it's really really good.

    This place is truly a hidden gem. During the day, it offers stunning views in a charming setting, and by night, the cozy fire creates such a warm and inviting atmosphere.     We dined with our kids and family and had an outstanding experience. We had booked ahead, and the service was excellent - the staffs were polite, professional, and took the time to explain the menu to us. Every meal we ordered was delicious, and we truly enjoyed our time. Thank you for making it a wonderful family dining experience.

    Love the atmosphere here. Staff are absolutely beautiful such a pleasure to talk to. Meals were all amazing from the entrees to desserts . And they make a mean Expresso martini if I do say so myself One of my favourites dining atmospheres
