Restaurants near Texas Heritage Museum

Our waiter was really friendly and attentive. The food was great and the decor is fabulous.

Nothing negative here. Food, service, and ambiance are all excellent. We had the brussel sprouts appetizer, then the pork shank and the braised short rib goulash for dinner. (Authentic Czech goulash, not what we Americans think it is.) I highly recommend both. In comparison, the pork shank is a larger portion but costs less. Both are marinated, slow cooked, and falling off the bone. Served in their respective brown gravies over mashed potatoes. Muah!!! Pure perfection!!

The design was quite different and very nice being in a two story historic home. The waitress Taylor was excellent. She was able to give us history of the home along with other great information. She was very responsive to our request and made us very welcome. Food was on the high side but due to the type of meat provided and the ability to taste the freshness I would pay it again. Had the beef tenderloin and this is the only place to prepare it completely the way I ask. Definitely check this cute place out. The ambiance is amazing.

This is our 3rd time here with same server. Food and service were excellent and will continue to go back. We had steaks and scallops and everything was prepared and served to perfection. I highly recommend!

Always a fantastic atmosphere, very clean, wait staff very attentive and even modified a bar drink to my taste. Salad bar is best in town, lots of choices and always very clean and stocked. Meat choices were plentiful and always hot (temperature) Ideal spot! Check it out!
